Montego's quest for HW Status

I've been meaning to try it as well. Nothing has compared to stimul8 thus far, but I'm a huge fan of Conquer :-)

Conqu3r is where it's at. Mind you I haven't tried Stimaholic either. But you'd never go wrong w/ Conqu3r unless you're the mega-stim type.

No I agree. I loved my sample packs of Conqu3r cannot wait to get more
 
Compared to Stimul8....I think it's a close race. Stimaholic might offer a bit more focus while Stimul8 might be a tad stronger stim wise.

There is no noticeable thermogenic effect from Stimaholic like Stimul8 though. Atm I'm glad cause I'm sweating like a beast lately anyways lol.
 
Chest daaaaay felt extra chesticular today so dropped shoulders and did all pec work.

It's crazy how hungry I am. Gotta keep my head in it cause I'm craving sweets like mad.

Also I'm having night sweats occasionally. No reason for that supplement wise :) strange.
 
Yesterday i gave blood....my iron levels came back to high to donate double red so I donated plasma and single red.

Today I went in to do legs but during my warm-up I got light headed so I did arms instead.

This is what separates the winners from the losers. You could have used the excuse and packed it up - it sounds reasonable, after all. Way to improvise and keep jamming.

Insulin levels from all the carbs more than likely. That or eating too big a meal before bed especially lots of protein can cause some night sweats.

Split chest from shoulders again this week. Really trying to focus on bringing my chest up more so now I have a dedicated chest day. Shoulders will split with triceps and biceps will split with back from now on.
 
Btw....somersault squats are the truth. Nothing has hit the outer sweep of my quad NEARLY as much. Sore in that spot only today for proof :)

Yeah I can only use about forty five on each side and they get freaking hard after the first couple sets.

I had to look those somersault squats up too! Did you do them in the smith or with just a barbell?
 
On the Smith. Trust me they are hard enough on there....can't imagine free weights lol.

Been suffering sine debilitating bank pumps the last few days. No amount of taurine glutamine and water seems to be helping. Still getting in the gym but work outs haven't been stellar.

Quads today tried some glute stuff but the back didn't like it.

Heavy leg press with two seconds holds at the bottom.

Jefferson squats (no good on the back)

That's all I could handle couldnt hardly walk I was in so much pain.
 
I love Jeffersons too, and I always get that back pump from them. I wonder if I end up leaning forward too much because I usually finish with them after squats and lunges.

These back pumps started Monday. Thought I might have tweaked my back but that's not the case. Booo
 
Those back pumps sound ridiculous.. hope that stops for ya Montana...
Just another annoyance my man. When they get so bad your legs hurt that's when it's ridiculous lol.

Grab a bottle of potassium gluconate from wally world or what have you. Pop one every time you have a taurine drink; should help. Dietary potassium from potato skins/bananas has never been enough for me; you can o/d on it but the threshold is supposed to be extremely high, and the symptoms very obvious. Just taking one cap at a time pretty much guarantees you can't overdo it.

Been hammering away as usual. Still haven't started the later part of my cycle since I'm gonna be changing strategy a bit.

Workouts are still great despite these damn back pumps. Reps have lowered and weight used has increased quite a bit. Drop sets incorporated to get extra volume. Grinding away.

Dropped the npp to 250 a couple weeks ago (for joints). Also not gonna switch to the Tren and prop any time soon. Will probably be a long cycle on the higher dose test then lower the test a bit and add other goodies in.

Basically gonna be a continual blast with different compounds for the foreseeable future.
