LOL, it gets paper thin once really lean and dried out. Other than that some different angles on posing make a HUGE difference. Also Canadian Preparation H can help some, in the US it doesn't have the same ingredient any more. Then there is a research chemical called Thiomucase that is or was often used a couple days before hand that shrinks up the skin some. It was pretty minuscule by the time you competed last time. It shouldn't be a detracting factor in your competition. You are looking sharp and those biceps are even more impressive this time around!!!!

Oh I surly gained LBM during this prep. Happy where I'm at all things consideredNice work don't let the scale get into your head Montana. You may have only dropped 3 lbs but you look to have dropped about 6 or 7 lbs of fat. I think you grew a little LBM in the process. Everything is MUCH tighter!
