Montego gets FREAKY

Went to Europa this weekend and had a blast. Took my son and he was bored to death lol.

Meet my coach and he had a super heavy there who won his class but not the overall. Coach is cool and we jived really well. Lots of the same ideas on training and nutrition which I've known already but, reinforced with person to person contact.

Also met the owner of FINAFLEX for the first time and had a good visit but it was short since we were leaving.

Meet John Meadows at the hotel and talked with him for a little while the night after pre judging while we were eating. Everything you hear is true. Super nice, very easy to talk to. This was the highlight of my weekend honestly. I was star strick and didn't even think about a picture.....Yeah screwed that up .

Also meet Charles Glass, Lee Labrada, William Bonac, Branch Warren , Justin Compton and Rich Piana since my coach has a good relationship with everyone in the industry apparently lol.

Back home and gonna kick prep off on Monday. Gonna be a long road but it'll be worth it.

Flank steak marinating. I hate flank because it's so damn tough but, 5 runs through the tenderizer should have done the trick. Invalid Link Removed
 
How was the steak? Flank... if you slice is think against the grain it should be amazing.. nice and rare.

Start of prep on left today on right. About 8 lbs heavier on the right. My waist looks bigger but it's not....... , everything else looks bigger too lol. Noticeable upper lats and upper back /traps. I'll take it. Invalid Link Removed

Just a regular season it all and rib tickler season.

I don't get fancy unless it's tilapia.... Then I use blacken season, creole season and cinnamon. It's great.

Cinnamon soy sauce brown mustard paprika and 1/3 pack of artificial sweetener per fillet baked on - blew my mind that tilapia could taste that good.

I don't think so. It was that thread I went back into to find a comparison pic for you last time. At least I think so anyway.

Thanks boss.

9 weeks left to really tighten up.

Switching up supps in a few weeks and the changes will be drastic and fast. Hopefully...... lol.
