So good lol
No doubt!

Tuna in the omlette? good???? or just a good protein hit
Both actually. Really good stuff.
I do the same thing, I also make it like a scramble or like a quiche. Mix tuna, eggs / egg whites in bowl with seasoning and some type of cheese. I like Parmesan, or feta best with it. Then you can just scramble or if you like pop it in the oven or microwave for protein perfection! It is also not bad like that with picante, & cheddar, and any type of meat.

I tend to use any left over fish in something like this now because it just tastes better than reheating fish by itself.

That looks awesome! Haven't had sushi in a while .... gonna be craving it now!

It was great. Teriyaki chicken with fried rice, two Philadelphia rolls, spicy salmon roll, spicy California roll and a crunchy shrimp roll.

I remember being taken to the gym when I was 18 for the first time and could barely bench 65-75lbs for a handful of half reps as I recall. Should have known right there I wasn't built to bench

Well the family had a blast yesterday at the theme park even though it was in the mid 100's all day. We took a lot of breaks during the 10 hours we were there and had plenty of sun screen lol.

I drank all the water I could stand and still got a cramp in my upper abs during a ride....talk about suck lol. I thought I had plenty of electrolytes during the day from those powerade zero water enhancers, fruit and a couple pickles but I guess I'm not thinking like a 250lb person should be.

Also even after that huge dinner last night I woke up four lbs lighter today then yesterday so 248 lbs.

Took today off since its a scheduled leg day and the quads and hams are feeling it from walking all the hills at the park yesterday and to be honest the three day split is catching up with me. I've been on this routine about ten weeks now and it's probably time for a change anyways but, I'm definitely lacking on something nutritionally or possibly just a decrease in sleep quality. Either way, two days out of the gym will be good for recovery and I'll be back at it tomorrow with some high volume leg work.

Prep 5lbs New York strip, 10lbs chicken

Probably 2 days for him. Beast at 250lbs...

Leg day

Standing leg curls 4x15

Leg presses 2 sets of twenty with six plates to get warm. Then added one plate and did a set of ten with no rest up to 14 plates. So 8 sets of ten with no rest beyond adding a plate and getting back in.....brutal.

Followed that with a widowmaker of twenty five reps with six plates

Split squats 3x10

Seated leg curls 5x15

Calf press 10x25

Man did you get those ribeyes on special or just treating yourself? I didn't realize you were up to 250 Montana, you must look massive right now in person!!!!

They were on sale for $5lb wich it's just a tad more then ground beef so I decided what the heck :)

Yah I'm large but I'm out of condition. No abs but I'm not a total sloppy mess. Can feel the weight gain catching up to me with back pumps, short breath, sleep apnea and knees though. A nasty cut is forthcoming :)

I did some reading on the apnea and it's extremely common for athletes even at 10% bf to have it. The sheer weight of the muscle on the neck pushes the airway closed once the neck relaxes during sleep. It's as prominent in running backs as it is in linebackers. It's not remotely just a bf issue - if you're getting to be a big guy, you likely have sleep apnea. Getting leaner will help; but if your sleep starts getting really low quality a CPAP could get you back a lot of lost GH.
