Reverse shoulder press 4x12-8 ss shrugs 4x20-15

Wide grip lat pulldowns 5x15-12

Chest supported rows 6x12-10

Bent over bb rows 5x12-9

Rack pulls 4x10-6 ss mid grip pulldown 4x13-10

Db pullover 5x12

Super high intensity today. I'm not a loud guy in the gym meaning I don't grunt or make noises and stuff but, today I found myself cursing the weights and myself mid sets lol.
 
Last two days worth of meals have been identical

1- 3/4c oats
1/4c blueberries
3 whole eggs
10 whites

2 pre workout- 10oz chicken breast
1/3c basmati rice

3 post workout -'50g isolate
50g Karbolyn

4 -'same as meal 2

5 - 10oz tuna
1/2c black beans

6 - 10oz sirloin
2c salad with olive oil and vinegar dressing

No doubt, I have been doing different stuff at the house going through my training clothes so fast I am going to need to do an extra load of laundry mid week just for training clothes...

Tweaked something

Incline machine 12,12,12 yeah something is agitated.

Lost all strength in my left Pec/shoulder. It's the same feeling as extremely painful pumps but no sharp pains.

Will be back in there tomorrow to finish the session wich is shoulders.
 
Oh I lied. Did heavy legs yesterday. Hacks and lots of curls and lunges.
 
Went in today to finish yesterday's session and see how the shoulder felt and all seems well.

Rotator cuff warm-up

Hammer shoulder press 15,15,12,10,8,8,7

Side lateral focusing on rear Delt 5x failure

Well might be time to switch the workouts up a bit. Body isn't keeping up with strength gains. 345 on hammer strength shoulder press for multiple sets of eight is getting a little silly so we switch it up next week.

And to think I was happy with 310 for a few reps...geez, kick a man when he's down lol!
 
New direction towards training today.

Focused on TUT with extremely heavy weight. All iso-lateral moves with off side assistance to aid with contraction.

Yep all negatives with about a five count.

It brought upon a different type of exhaustion....almost a cardio type exhaustion with the muscle weakness of multiple burn out sets.

Yeah, I am familiar with that type of exhaustion. Should make for some nice gains! Will increase the mitochondria and add lots of volume to your muscle.

Low carb/cal day today. Hit about 375g p 110g f and 50g carbs.

Chest shoulders

Lateral raise 3x12
Rear Delt fly 3x12
Shoulder press 3x12

Very short rest periods today..about thirty seconds per set. Just focusing on a good contraction and activating the muscle. Also I've been having some aches in my delts again. Not really sharp pains but really serious dull aches that won't go away unless my arms are elevated. Probably just pumps.
