Montego an Snagency tag-team with FINAFLEX in the corner

Just got my Black Friday shopping done.....nothing like shoving people out of the way in Wal-Mart to get a good pump.

If anyone wants to buy me a present I'll take one of these from the Generation Iron website.

That is pretty tight but the person he is referring to beat him hands down. What was it Phil said in reply, Hard Work beats talent but when talent works hard nothing can beat that.

Both of those guys are awesome in there own right.

Yeah. Phil is going to be top dog until Rami dials everything in. If that guy ever gets it to all come together he is going to be the next Ronnie. Still very young and already a freak.

Speaking of FREAK.......

Little water from the added carbs yesterday but had some crazy pumps today. Workout update coming later.

Tightening up huh :) about to be a dog fight! Still looking sick Steve. Even for a long bulk the separation is still awesome.
yeah it's hard as hell to maintain all-out progress on every front, for extended periods of time..
think I am going to start going ebb & flow, small bulks/small cut periods, for awhile
keep from getting burned out that way, and it's something consistently fresh & new

lol
I think I seen that guy before

This cut I'm on is the permanent end to the all out bulk idea.

Like we talked about on moving forward. Smart steady weight gain and never sloppy.

oh indeed - you know that is my philosophy ;)
a lot harder (and slower) to do, but just so many more plusses involved, not to mention you LOOK & FEEL so much better yr-round
it's the only way to go, imho

I like the sound of this.

Some swole house mofos up in here!

Both killing it in here!

Hey Monte you said earlier you worked to build your inner chest. What exercises did you do for this.

Pumped! Both of you. Looks like thanksgiving didn't slow you guys down any.

Thanks gents

Well a couple things here. Hex press has helped some I believe.

Also for quite a while I used a hammer strength bench machine with a neutral grip setup. Instead of sitting square in the machine I would turn my lower away towards the side I was using and twist my upper body the opposite section and squeeze across my chest on the contraction. Can really feel the tension in the inner chest doing that.

But more so then any of those two exercises, just getting the FULL stretch at the bottom with elbows close to my body did the most damage.

These are also a major part :)

Yesterday was a scheduled off day. Good sleep and nice relaxing day of recovery.

Today I was GOING to hit my arm session but overslept this morning before I got ready for the Texans game. Decided to knock that out at the fitness center here in the complex since my Golds closes at six but they changed the damn door code on me so no lifts today.

Diet got a bit out of whack on thanksgiving and the day after but lowering carbs and overall calories the last two days has me back on track in that department. Bloat was gone as of this morning so tomorrow depending on how I look and feel things will be back to normal.

I will most likely work triceps into my shoulder and back width day tomorrow so I'm not off schedule and I'll get a bit of an extra calorie burn from the monster set.

Ohhhhhh almost forgot. Very important update here.

Over the last week my Collagenous Colitis has started to flare back up. No good there. Going to the Dr this week too get it checked out.

The last time I cut I had this problem as well so hopefully I caught it quick enough to stop any worsening.

Hope everything goes well with the doc. Isn't it funny how a day or two of not clean eating bloats you like a balloon.

Warning! Sunglasses required for update pic!

I gotta be honest here.
I'm impressed with how far you've come, especially in the leg department. You already know that the calves are behind, but you're making improvements there, and it's notable. Your chest has come a long way as well.
On the rear shot, the head down attitude shows the development in your trap and neck area very well, I like that pose.
Conversely, the shoes are absolutely hideous, even if they are Seahawks colors. Ditch em, they make you look like you have clown feet.

Another one I got with forearms rotated back like me and Kleen worked on. Off center but you can see the difference in the biceps. I lost some upper back definition in this pose but I'm still working on that.

I'd stick with the first RDB. Loss of peak is not nearly as evident as the loss of upper back/trap & neck development, IMHO.
You are also losing upper delt striations in the second RDB.

Well when we were working on it, if I hit the right angle and remembered to widen my shoulders it looked sick. Just gotta keep working here. And my biceps are probably my strongest point so I gotta showcase dem bytches.

Thanks buddy.

The shoes are here to stay just to piss you off though.

Time off did some good on strength but I was a little flat from the lower carbs and cals the last two days. Was going to add triceps in but I was wrecked after my normal routine. Didn't even get any calf or ab work in. Good day though!

Looking sick Montana... legs are really coming along at a fast pace.

despite Montana's slipping over the holiday, I am very pleased with his dedication and sticking on point thru all the dietary maneuvers..
he is handling business like a true champ

inspired by those montego-wheels, I am now going to maul my own ..

Slaughter time!

...and after work I work mine. In hopes that one day they actually resemble that!

In all honesty I'm shocked that they look like they do.......I dunno where it came from but I'm very happy with where I'm at on legs at this point. Not satisfied....but happy.

I'd venture to say that a lot of what is there, was there. With proper posing coaching, you've changed the position of your legs to emphasize them better. Not trying to subtract from your gains, but angles play a role as well.
And satisfaction is the death of desire.
