That is pretty tight but the person he is referring to beat him hands down. What was it Phil said in reply, Hard Work beats talent but when talent works hard nothing can beat that.
Both of those guys are awesome in there own right.
Looking big and more full brother!Yeah. Phil is going to be top dog until Rami dials everything in. If that guy ever gets it to all come together he is going to be the next Ronnie. Still very young and already a freak. Speaking of FREAK....... Little water from the added carbs yesterday but had some crazy pumps today. Workout update coming later.

yeah it's hard as hell to maintain all-out progress on every front, for extended periods of time..Tightening up huhabout to be a dog fight! Still looking sick Steve. Even for a long bulk the separation is still awesome.
lol**** you both I got this.
yeah it's hard as hell to maintain all-out progress on every front, for extended periods of time..
think I am going to start going ebb & flow, small bulks/small cut periods, for awhile
keep from getting burned out that way, and it's something consistently fresh & new
lol
I think I seen that guy before
oh indeed - you know that is my philosophyThis cut I'm on is the permanent end to the all out bulk idea.
Like we talked about on moving forward. Smart steady weight gain and never sloppy.

Both killing it in here! Hey Monte you said earlier you worked to build your inner chest. What exercises did you do for this.

Over the last week my Collagenous Colitis has started to flare back up.
I'd stick with the first RDB. Loss of peak is not nearly as evident as the loss of upper back/trap & neck development, IMHO.Another one I got with forearms rotated back like me and Kleen worked on. Off center but you can see the difference in the biceps. I lost some upper back definition in this pose but I'm still working on that.

You are also losing upper delt striations in the second RDB.
I gotta be honest here.
I'm impressed with how far you've come, especially in the leg department. You already know that the calves are behind, but you're making improvements there, and it's notable. Your chest has come a long way as well.
On the rear shot, the head down attitude shows the development in your trap and neck area very well, I like that pose.
Conversely, the shoes are absolutely hideous, even if they are Seahawks colors. Ditch em, they make you look like you have clown feet.
This.

And thisYou need a tan.
thisLooking sick Montana... legs are really coming along at a fast pace.
this
despite Montana's slipping over the holiday, I am very pleased with his dedication and sticking on point thru all the dietary maneuvers..
he is handling business like a true champ
inspired by those montego-wheels, I am now going to maul my own ..
ciao
...and after work I work mine. In hopes that one day they actually resemble that!
I'd venture to say that a lot of what is there, was there. With proper posing coaching, you've changed the position of your legs to emphasize them better. Not trying to subtract from your gains, but angles play a role as well.In all honesty I'm shocked that they look like they do.......I dunno where it came from but I'm very happy with where I'm at on legs at this point. Not satisfied....but happy.
