it is the best tasting sure. and its quality is decent, but the pricer per gram of protein is kinda crappy. still I like to buy the muscle milk lite chocolate peanut butter as god, nobody else does it quite that nicely
yes it is a great product for putting on lean size if you work out properly. it maybe more expensize compared to gold standard whey but it does have more calories per serving by using 2 scoops instead of one. it does get some of the calories from fat but they are good fats for building muscle. and only one complaint about this thread how can say it is a waisted protein but then say lots of amino acids though? protien is amino acids
I bet it's great if you have big pockets....
Otherwise I'd just get some whey/creatine of your choice/and glutamine/BCAA's and make it that way.. would be cheaper considering how much longer it would last you.
