Update 5/10

So I ended up trying 4 caps. I did speak to MIke and he really says the standard dose is going to be 6-8 caps minimum.

I have high tolerance so I might need to wait until 8 caps to truly see anything.

On 4 caps, I noticed a very very mild euphoria. Very very mild mood improvement. I can feel it trying to sneak up. Nothing crazy at all on 4 caps. I will go to 6 on Wednesday.

Yesterday my 4 year old was home sick w sore throat and mild fever. Today she is fine, but today I woke up with it. So I popped some day quil and have fingers crossed. I just started a new routine at the gym Monday too for 8 weeks. So I'm super super annoyed.

If for any reason weds I wake up and still have this mild fever/sore throat, Im gonna push back the 6 caps til thurs or fri.

Please bare with me. Thanks for the patience and for everyone following along.

I have high hopes for this product.

After this review I will be testing out MA LABS "GW" aka cardarine and leaving a review on that as well as part of my 8 week body recomp I have planned.
