Sucks when you pull or twinge a muscle... Especially when you have just got rid of it. I have a specific spot on my back that flared up every time I shrug... I no longer shrug lol. Good work bro
Well cardio btw 20 mins to 30. Then lifting about 45 min to an hour. It depends on how many people I go with. For example during lunch it's just me, my friend Scott and heather. Then with brothers some times it's just us then some days us plus two softball players so 5. That case takes to dang long lol.
I went again to gym and did biceps. 2 a days suck!!!
When i work out with 2 or 3 other guys we usually superset 2-3 exercises at a time so that someone is always doing
something. Otherwise your just standing around too long & makes the workout take too long too.
I hope "she" was good looking since she was checking for a hernia! Lol. 2-a-days FTW!

Took to much caffeine lol. Bought to go get into PPE aka gas mask suit boots gloves for hazmat class. Going to be a long day in hot area!!

Ok guys and girls!!! So I've lost a total of 26 lbs now in 5.5 weeks. I'm down from 251 - 252 to 226 I didn't count calories, I just starting consuming no carbs past 2 pm. with exception of my 1 glass of sweet tea with supper. I've increased my cardio by a good 50 % So now what can I do to get the metabolism in over drive, or in other words what more can I do to help burn fat. I want to drop another 20 to 30 lbs by end of year. I'd like to be from 226 today down to 210 by August.
