Millennium Sports Technologies Rips and Shreds Packers!!

Sucks when you pull or twinge a muscle... Especially when you have just got rid of it. I have a specific spot on my back that flared up every time I shrug... I no longer shrug lol. Good work bro
 
Went to gym by work on lunch. We hit up cardio and legs. I did 1 mile on treadmill and shot some bb while waiting on the other two. When doing legs, I had no pain in that area. It's only when I move my leg inward, lying down in bed stretching and when getting in or at of truck. But walking and lifting none.

Legs:

leg press: 2 plates x 10 4 plates x 10, 8 plates x 8, 12 plates x 6

seated leg curls: 110 lbs x 10,10,10

seated leg ext: 90 lbs x 10,10,10

glute machine 90 lbs x 10,10,10
 
Nice work! I hope your leg is feeling better! How long do your workouts usually take?
 
Well cardio btw 20 mins to 30. Then lifting about 45 min to an hour. It depends on how many people I go with. For example during lunch it's just me, my friend Scott and heather. Then with brothers some times it's just us then some days us plus two softball players so 5. That case takes to dang long lol.
 
Weekend was good. My workouts tend to take around 45 minutes. I go in at 5am (sometimes as late as 6am). It's never packed haha

When i work out with 2 or 3 other guys we usually superset 2-3 exercises at a time so that someone is always doing
something. Otherwise your just standing around too long & makes the workout take too long too.
 
Ok so left work early to go to the monthly dr visit for the weight loss and instead of making me come for another visit seperate for primary care on my pain, she went ahead and did it today. According to her she had me lay on the table. She check around and had me cough. Said no hernia, that more then likley pulled or strain ligament or muscle in that area around upper groin. She gave me a shot and hook me up with a muscle relaxer and anti imflammatory.

I went again to gym and did biceps. 2 a days suck!!!

Biceps

seated cable machine curls: 60 lbs x 10, 80 lbs x 10, 50 lbs x 17

standing alt db curls; 35 lbs x 6,6,6

db spider curls: 35 lbs x 8, 8, 40 lbs x 8

super set cable high pulley curls with ez bar standing curls

cable high curls 50 lbs x 10, 60 lbs x 10,10

ez curls: 55 lbs x 8,8,8
 
sounds like its nothing serious. hopefully it will heal soon bro.
 
It's ok last couple days only hurts when sleeping and stretching during sleep. Then at work only if I make an inward movement or such. But walking jogging and mild running doesn't seem to be that bad. I got a muscle relaxer and will be picking up an anti imflammatory after work

Yesterday I did 1 mile track during lunch and lifted chest with my friend. After work I went to the other gym and did flat bench with my brother and friend, then more cardio.

Cardio 1 mile track at lunch then 1.5 miles treadmill in evening

Chest:

incline barbell press: 135 lbs x 8, 185 lbs x 8, 225 lbs x 7

flat bench 185 lbs x 8, 8, 225 lbs x 9

flat bench db press: 55 lbs x 10, 70 lbs x 10, 8,

chest fly machine: 110 lbs x 10, 120 lbs x 10, 130 lbs x 10

Took to much caffeine lol. Bought to go get into PPE aka gas mask suit boots gloves for hazmat class. Going to be a long day in hot area!!

Today hit 1.25 miles treadmill at lunch. Then back with friends at work gym. Went for weight in another 3 lbs down.

wide grip pull downs: 140 lbs x 8,8,8

Work Friday then had state 1 pitch softball that night. Got home Saturday morning around 430 am, then went back later for son's baseball tournament all day in the freaking Alabama Sauna. We got home around 9 pm and went to gym for some cardio and sauna. Did 37 minutes treadmil 2.68 miles then 15 min sauna

Yeah you got 1 pitch but really 2. Some places you get a courtesy foul some you don't. But basically you have to swing if it's any where close. Running to 1st base I hit that spot again on upper thing in which I heard another 2 pops. Woke up yesterday and had major bruising mark.
 
Went yesterday on lunch did mile treadmill. Then lil bit of chest. Then hit back up in the afternoon with brothers, before doctor appt. So Doc said torn abductor muscle. Has to heal on it's own. It's bruised pretty bad but I can walk therefor I'm still going to gym. Just no sprints or leg day for a few.

Chest:

machine flyes: 110 lbs x 8, 120 lbs x 8, 140 lbs x 8

incline barbell press: 135 lbs x 10, 185 lbs x 8, 135 lbs doing 21's with it 7 half 7 from half to up, and 7 all the way

high cable pulley flyes: 50 lbs x 10,10,10

low cable pulley flyes: 40 lbs x 10,10,10

back:

machine rows: 90 lbs x 8,8,8

close grip pull downs: 70 lbs x 10,10,10

wide grip pull downs: 90 lbs x 8,8,8

That's crappy man, but I'm glad to see your still going to the gym to train everything but legs :) most people would quit for weeks until it healed...
 
Unless I can't walk or use my hands i'm going to do something. I have fought to damn hard to lose this weight that I've already lost to go backwards. I got so much further to go.
 
Hit gym up at lunch. First did mile at track cardio just walking. Did biceps at gym. Then at work did another 1.2 miles. Followed with chest after work

Biceps

standing alt db curls: 30 lbs x 8,8,8

ez bar curls: 65 lbs x 8,8,8

cable high curls: 50 lbs x 10,10,8

21's with 45 lb straight bar 3 sets with last set adding 20 lbs that was wicked

chest:

incline barbell press: 135 lbs x 10, 205 lbs x 8, 225 lbs x 6

flat db bench 65 lbs x 8,8,10

peck deck flyes: 150 lbs x 10, 175 lbs x 10, 200 lbs x 8
 
When working out biceps at the other gym with my 2 brothers, we used the ez bar. But we load 10 5lb plates on 5 each side. We curl 8 reps then take a plate off each end keep doing 8 more reps all the way to the bar to failure. Sometimes I'll load up and put a 10 on the end with the 5's and burn out .Talking about some serious hurting.
 
Ok guys and girls!!! So I've lost a total of 26 lbs now in 5.5 weeks. I'm down from 251 - 252 to 226 I didn't count calories, I just starting consuming no carbs past 2 pm. with exception of my 1 glass of sweet tea with supper. I've increased my cardio by a good 50 % So now what can I do to get the metabolism in over drive, or in other words what more can I do to help burn fat. I want to drop another 20 to 30 lbs by end of year. I'd like to be from 226 today down to 210 by August.

I've got a diet plan that will get you another 30lbs in 4 months which would get you there by October instead of December.
