Hit back up at after work. I was sore already and half dead lol. Still managed to do what I could do.

Back:

wide grip pull downs: 90 lbs x 10,10,10

machine rows: 100 lbs x 10,10,10

db rows: 60 lbs x 8,8,6

straight bar dead lifts: 135 lbs x 10, 185 lbs x 8, 6
 
Alright so as well all know, I'm been trying to lose some major weight. I've started a weight loss clinic. During my time using This stack, i've not only lose a great amount weight but have toned up my arms, and been getting a ton of compliments from workers and friends. This has been one of the best 2 punch combos for weight loss I've seen in years.

Energy 5/5 Although it doesn't give you the crazy off the wall energy, it does give you a long sustain focused energy. I need this kind more because of the lifestyle I have going 90 to 0, I don't need all the over the wall type stims.

Appetite control: 5/5 Felt so good on this that it knocked my appeitite almost completley out.

weight loss and fat burning: lets just say I sweated so much that I looked like i was walking around with the sun following over my head like pink panther's cloud. The endurance and metabolism from this stack was out of the world.

Would I recommend this to anyone uhhhh the log speaks for itself!! I WANT MORE!!

Still doing riptide til my new stuff arrives. Today went during lunch and played racketball. No joke I had more sweat on my shirt there then the track. Then hit up legs. After work went with friends to gym hit up biceps and another mile on treadmill.

Legs:

leg press machine: 6 plates x 10, 10 plates x 10, 8
doing calf raises after each set! We also super set with squats

Squats: 135 lbs x 8, 8, 185 lbs x 6

leg ext: 110 lbs x 10,10,12

leg curl machine: 90 lbs x 10,10,10

I am starting to be able to do pull ups latley. This is huge for me bc I've always sucked at it. I could do like 2 to 3 barley last year and today did 8 without stopping then later another 6

Hit up gym yesterday. 25 min of racket ball. Then biceps at lunch. Then afternoon hit up chest with bros.

triceps

rope press downs: 90 lbs x 10,10,10

reverse curls cable machine: 100 lbs x 10,10,10

standing ez bar skull crushers: 70 lbs x 10,10,10

db over head press: 70 lbs x 8,8,6

did a set of high pully cable curls: 50 lbs x 10,10,10


Chest:

flat db bench press: 65 lbs x 10,8,8

peck deck flyes: 175 lbs x 10,10,10

incline bench press: did something different on these. I did shoot for 275 on last set but couldn't get but 1 rep. Thinking due to lifting already during lunch and bc doing a drop set before trying. However my brothers put 8 total 10 lbs plates on incline bench and repped 8 reps on each dropping 2 plates down to the bar for failure.

I did this but with 6 25 lb plates. Doing 8 reps to bar to failure. That was different as all get out.

Hit up legs today at lunch with the co workers. We did legs after 25 minutes of racketball! I have sweated much doing racket ball then any other cardio.

Legs:

leg press: 6 plates x 10, 8 plates x 10, 10 plates x 8 doing calf presses after each set

squats: 135 lbs x 8,8,6

seated leg ext: 110 lbs x 10,10,10

seated leg curls: 90 lbs x 10,10,10

went back into the racket ball room where it's hot as HHHHH and do body lunges. YEAH this after noon's biceps session going to suck!
 
After work hit biceps with the brothers. OMG I was dead but survived lol.

Biceps:

drop sets with 5 x 5lb plates on each side. Doing 8 reps all the way to bar to failure. 2 sets of these

biceps db alt curls: 35 lbs x 6,6,6

spider db curls: 35 lbs x 10,10,8

high cable pully curls: 50 lbs x 12, 60 lbs x 10, 40 lbs x 15

did close to a mile on treadmill waiting on middle brother to get there. I think btw racket ball and legs I just don't know how the h i made it back in.

Did a good bit of cardio over the weekend!! Hope everyone had a good one. Yesterday hit 30 min's of racket ball during lunch then worked out legs. After work went to gym with brothers and hit biceps. I went for weight loss check up last week, down total of 4 inches in 8 weeks.

Legs:

barbell squats: 135 lbs x 8, 8, 165 lbs x 8

leg press: 4 plates x 10, 8 plates x 8, 12 plates x 8

leg ext: 90 lbs x 10,10,10

leg curls: 90 lbs x 10,10,10

lunges 2 sets in racket ball room


Biceps:

ez bar curl drop sets: 10 total 5 lb weights doing 8 reps dropping to bar to failure 2 sets

spider db curls: 35 lbs x 10, 40 lbs x 8,8

alt db curls: 35 lbs x 7,7,7

machine preacher curls: 50 lbs x 18, 70 lbs x 15, 15
 
Great job!!! Do they lay your nutrition out for you or are you doing your own thing?
 
They provide info but you can do your own thing. When I lost 11 lbs in the first week the doc was like do what ever your doing we don't need to say a word lol. Thanks Kat. I feel better when I see the changes myself.
