Getting extremely hard erections. Erections that wont go away for sometimes 20-30 mins. After ejaculation during sex I continue to stay hard for about 10-15 more minutes...sometimes longer. The loads are bigger...A lot bigger! My girlfriend just keeps commenting on it haha

Vascularity is getting nutz!! Veins are sticking out everywhere! Been comments on that too! My favorite veins - the vertical one in the bicep (called Cephalic vein) is really starting to stick out all the time! Horizontal veins are sticking out when I flex my bicep! Already existing veins in forearms are getting even bigger! New veins in the forearm are starting to show! Vein in front delt has been popping every once in a while, depending on diet. 2 lower ab veins are coming in more now! :D:D:D:D:D Ive always been that guy that doesnt have veins. Been working out for years but I just have never been a vascular guy. So this is big stuff for me!

Cardio - I have an online competition in less than a month and will be stepping up the cardio to once every day for about 20-25 mins, depending on energy and 10-15 mins on lifting days. Will drop my carbs about 20-30g for rest of month. Time to rip up!!

Did 5 mins of horizontal bike, 15 mins of HIIT on Tredmill on incline 2 yesterday.

Sleep was **** last night. Im coming down with something, as is everyone in my office :frustrate. I felt like **** this morning but Im starting to feel confident that I can pull off a baller workout after work :head:. Im 50/50 right now. Its either Back/Shoulder (Rear delt focus), Core/obliques, cardio (Rep range: 8-12) or just some abs/cardio.

Hope the holidays were good to you man. I decided not to go with any hormone stuff. It was a very slight chance and I decided not to go with it after all. I think I'll wait until I get much older or reach a true plateau before I do it (if ever). I was going to get Hemo on this sale but it's all gone. :(

Sorry the lack of updates guys. I am really sick and it just keeps getting worse day by day. Before anyone jumps the gun and says AS is making me sick, it is an illness that is going around here in Otown. I got a stuffy head/nose, sometimes its runny. Slight nausea that fades in and out throughout the day. Lethargy. I may or may not workout tonight. Depending on how I feel. I will be eating like a mad man today. So we shall see how it goes.

Tuesday's workout: Back/Shoulder/core/cardio
1. 1 arm cable pulldowns - 45x12, 75x12, 90x12, 120x12 - will adjust numbers next time
2. Seated arnold press - its been a LONGG time since Ive done these - 25x12, 30x12, 35x12, 40x10 - will adjust numbers next time
3. 1 arm cable seated row - been a long time for this one too - 60x12, 60x12, 60x12, 60x12 - lol will adjust numbers next time
4. Seated calf raises (very slow) - 45x12, 90x12, 135x10
5. Seated cable press - 50x12, 60x12, 70x10
6. 5 mins of cardio on horizontal bike
7. Bridges superset w/ side bridges - 35 secs, 45 secs, 60 seconds
8. Widowmaker sidebends - 50x20, 55x20
9. 15 mins of sprints on the tredmill

So I was sick during this workout. So it wasnt to its full potential. But really I have no complaints. This was a great workout. I still felt a great burn. The vascularity is always out of this world! I really am looking forward to a workout tonight! So Im really gonna try and make it happen. Bought another bottle of AS from the LG site! Half off babeh!!! AM50 code guys!! Use it if you havent yet!! Couldnt afford any of the bcaa or slin :(. I totally forgot that I was getting half my normal paycheck due to time off from xmas. Oh well. Another time.

Tonight w/o even while sick :smite: - Chest/arms

1. Incline hs chest press - up 50lbs from last time Ive done this!!! its been about 2 months tho!! ;) still tho
2. Low incline smith press to neck (idea from Viking) - first time trying it
3. Decline HS press - been a while but got up two 45s+35 on each side! My PR on this is three 45's each side and that was on Epi.
4. Viking pec dec - up 10lbs!! 190 batches!!!
5. Incline db curls - up 2 reps on all sets
6. Seated 1 arm overhead tri ext. - up 1 rep on first set, 3 reps on other sets!!
7. Ez bar cable curls - been a while..got me pumped as mofuggah!
8. Ez bar pushdowns - up 2 reps on each set

Still making progress each workout!..even while sick! Luvn it! Libido is gettn nasty! Its so hard for me not have sex while Im sick but Dr. Iron said not to so Ill listen....maybe ;). Its not easy with all these damned avis of his! Got more Relora and xtend today!! Gramps hooked me up with $50. So I immediatly went to Vitamin shoppe. Damned Relora is 250mg rather than 300mg tho...oh well.
 
Looks like the absence of relora has made me a bit puffy. But I see some small differences. Let me know what you guys think. Be brutally honest

hahah nahh I can add lean mass without adding on the fat. I just have to be patient. The old me would do it in a heart beat. But my life isnt about putting on massive amounts of mass and being extremely strong. My goals are to be lean..actually leaner and add lean mass. But Im in no hurry. I want a six pack and I dont want to be huge. I like being around 160-170 area. I feel light on my feet and ready to move when I need to. Different goals for different people :)

I mentioned that I bought another bottle of Anadraulic State. So I will be extending the log. I noticed my tolerance to the stims in the AS is getting stronger so Id like to bump it up to 1.5 scoops pre w/o. Whadya think Craig? Say yes Invalid Link Removed

You guys will never guys what I tipped the scales at this morning.....phucking 157lbs! Its been like 8 months since Ive been that low. Im not complaining. I knew if I wanted to cut I would have to go below 160. The thing is I dont really look like I lost any fat in those before and afters. And I do look a little thicker in some areas (shoulders/upperchest/arms)..my legs have gotten bigger too..hmmm :think: Now that I think about it, I didnt weight in before this log started so maybe I was already in the 150's...either way - Im upping my carbs a tad and increasing cardio Invalid Link Removed
 
Bigger arms/traps for sure! Met, you should look into the fasted training that I'm doing, as well as some of the other members. We're making GREAT progress.
 
Thanks bud!! I tried out some fasted training I think twice in the time of this log and I actually liked it. Yeah the no glycogen can make you tired but the ingredients in this will keep me going. Im going to take your advice Irish and do up some fasted training for a few days. If I like I will continue it. Thanks for the advice man!

On another note: I am leaning out big time! Abs are showing more! I think I was bloated or something in the last pics I posted. Its very motivating to just see results are just a few days of posting pics! Will post up again in a week or 2. ;)

Current dosing:
Off days - 3/4th scoop
On days - 1/2 scoop in morning, 1-1.25 scoop Pre w/o

I've got some T-911 coming to me that I was going to be using during MMV2 PCT (haven't started MMV2 yet, but probably mid-Feb), and was going to do a low-dose of ATD during cycle, but I'm thinking about running AS instead of the ATD, but I'm scared of the nausea. P-SARM made me SO SICK and I know that AS has some of that stuff in it.

I have experienced ZERO nausea. The T-911 was great for drying you out, good libido booster, and I even had some strength gains. With the AS, I too have a higher libido..but higher than on T-911; I making strength gains..but higher than I did on T-911; I am loosing fat..but more with AS.

Some other differences with AS:
Sexual
Bigger loads
Harder erections
Like I said HIGH libido
Non Sexual
Awesome Pumps
Awesome Strength gains
Awesome endurance
Killer Vascularity
Fat loss just keep getting better by the day...for some reason Im just now starting to see it really kick in...as far as fat loss goes (about a week or so ago)...and this is with around 300-400 carbs on high carb days!
Can't really comment on the appetite since Im using Relora to keep that in check
I am more focused
I have more aggression - no rage tho (well just driving :D)
Almost no fatigue whatsoever and Im doing high rep stuff so this is very beneficial

Sounds sweeeeet. I'm still skurd, though. TexasLifter had nausea from P-SARM, as well as AS. You haven't used P-SARM before, have you?
 
Never used PSarm before. But like I said Ive had no stomach issues at all. Tho I have only gone as high as 1.5 scoops in a day. So maybe 2 scoops would do that but Ive had no issues whatsovever

Maybe 2-3 times I've had to run to the bathroom after taking it but it wasn't really like an upset stomach. Psarm made me so nauseous and sick that I was throwing up for days.
 
Guess were all different....and just to clear it up...there was an instance in this log where I threw up after drinking my AS but it was only because I put a lot of water in it and I also chugged it very fast...
