Loosing fat...slowly but surely. Coworker told me I look leaner today and he hasnt seen me in week! Was a great way to start my day!

Yesterday's workout was good but didnt start off so great. I threw up my AS about 25 mins after drinking it. Just wasnt feeling so good. Everyone is sick here...including me. Its not bad just a sore throat and minor nauseousness. But still...it was a good workout and did up weight/reps on a few exercises.

The w/o: Hams/Shoulders/Back
1. SL Deadlifts - 135x10, 225x10, 255x7
2. Seated Db press - 30x10, 50x7, 45x8, 40x13
3. 1 arm smith upright rows - the bar (assuming the bar weighs 45) x10, 60x10, 70x8
4. Assisted wide grip pullups - forgot to write numbers down
5. Normal width pulldowns - 120x14, 135x12, 150x9 - yikes! :eek: I really gotta work on getting these numbers back up!
6. Behind the back smith shrugs - 45 on Left side, 25 on right x20, L55/R25 x20, L75/R25 x20 superset with
7. Hyper extensions - 20, 17, 20 and then I was spent. Was done here. Was still a great workout. Would have been better if I didnt toss up my AS. But I feel I still got something great out of the workout. Working Hips/Chest/arms and abs tomorrow!!

edit: also should mention fatigue was much higher without the AS
 
oh man, that sucks! I can't believe you still went to the gym...true dedication!

damn that sucks bud. I think I would have manned up and taken another dose though.

I forgot to mention that I threw a 1/4 scoop into my intra w/o drink haha

I remember at my school gym I was deadlifting one day and I ran to the garbage can and puked, then went right back to DLing. Of course on a college campus most people assume you're drunk or something, but some people came up to me (the ones that saw me in there everyday and knew it was from the workout) and were like, "Daaaaaamn boy! You're hardcore!"

It was awesome. I didn't skip a beat. Ran over, puked, then walked right back to the bar and wrapped my straps around it and cranked out the next set.

Considering the sickness man, great job! I do like how you tried to trick yourself adding the AS to your intra drink hahaha
But then again maybe it was something else that caused it..

In my experience many pills solely sold as anti E's barely effect that, with that as just one of the many benefits with AS, its clear its one of few supps thats "worth its weight in gold".

I didnt notice in your log on the other forum which ive been following a bit more closely that you were taking relora, I found that to be pretty darn effective for relieving stress from day to day life and from hard training. I only used a bottle once for 30 days, but was impressed.

thx for the advice, for whatever reason i had it in my head not to use it for more than 4 weeks strait like most of the cortisol reducing supps out there, clearly im not well versed on relora. I'll have to grab some of the pills from NOW, they seem to be priced reasonably.

what dose do you recomend, I see NOW says to go with either 600 or 900mg, if i can get by with 600mg i will, let me know what dose you prefer.
 
I like dosing mine at 1500mg. Has a real nice recomp effect and the mood is fantastic! You have to ween yourself off the stuff tho. I was at 1500mg for awhile but now that Im getting down to the bottom of the bottle I dropped down to 600mg. Didnt just go from 1500 to 600. I went from 1500 to 1200 to 900 to 600. I will stick at 600 until I can get anothe bottle then go up to 900 for a while.

All the smith bars that I've seen have been 15lbs...just and FYI :D

It IS best used IMO during a cut but is also great during a bulk. It controls your sweet cravings more than anything else - appetite wise. And even during bulks I like to keep sugar as low as possible. So Id say use it bulk or cut. Either way youll have great results.

Humm.?? Thanks for the info man! sounds like something I need, Sometimes I faulter to the sweets, more so then none! I know its bad, but i do.. and for just 17$ why not is what im thinking.. Im adding this in for Feb! Thanks Met

cortisol levels are at their peak in the morning and at night, if you find that you're really craving something sweet at those times then some form of cortisol control will probably benefit you.
 
Relora is probably the best patented extract for stress, anxiety, and junk food cravings (binge-disorder as well). It is not sedating, however, when dosed above 1500mg I would not reccommend operating an automobile. Relora and Sensoril (combo) have been tested together and is probably the best stress stack available. Relora has accute effects that can rid anxiety and cravings, though it's benefits for cortisol and DHEA (overall adrenal health) occur after 3-4 weeks of continued use. There is no reason to discontinue Relora.

*For me, Relora has a nasty withdrawal. So be careful!

I always thought gaba needed to be cycled as taking xanex or phenibut even a few nights in a row is bad, then i read a lot of studies on gaba that said as it does not cross the blood brain barrier it doesnt effect the same parts of the nervous system as phenibut/xanex and therefore can be taken nightly.

Ahhh ;) Anything that is a compound that mimics, overrides, or has identical chemical makeup to a hormone produced in the body should be cycled for sure.

Relora is classified as an adaptogen and is supposed to promote a balance of the body's hormones. I would reccommend using it longterm and then gradually weaning off of it.

When I used to train like Metroba, I was probably in the same shape... 165-170ish... Always overtrained... I'd pop out these absolutely nutty workouts and never eat enough or sleep enough to recover. My body got tired of it and one day it basically said, "fcuk you Kyle, you got mono. Now you'll rest."

I am continuing mine since I have been only using 1/2 a scoop aday. You ought to try that metroba!

Whats that? 1/2 scoop/day? I would but a full scoop is just so much more hardcore!! :smite: I am taking 1/2 scoop on off days tho. I did miss yesterdays dose because I wasnt home - so I took a 1/2 scoop this morning and will have a full scoop pre w/o. Ive done this on other days before and I love what it did for me! :D
Id love to see what 2 scoops/day does...but Ill stick to what Im doin
 
2scoops would be interesting, but if you're getting a good kick from 1 there is little point I would think other than spending your $ faster :P
 
hehe yeah my plan is to stay at 1 scoop/day...cant wait for that second bottle ;) and some EAA/bcaa from LG...gonna be killer! Thinking...maybe...maybe adding in Slin as well! If the money is there :D

Nope still havnet tried it. Excited to tho! And yes, knowing me strong is just how I like it!

BCAA/EAA mix is pretty solid. It dissolves readily, and taste great.

Werd is all I have to say to that! lol

This stuff is amazing. I wish it came in a larger size, though *ahem*.

I use it as an in-between meal supplement boost...You know, that feeling that you get when you want to take a supplement, but don't really need to, yet just really want to because supplements are sweet...

I also use it as my sole amino mix on off-days.
 
The NO-Synthesize (EAA/BCAA, creatine, beta-alanine, taurine) by VPX is the best working, best tasting post-workout (or peri-workout) drink I've ever had. Black Cherry tastes like melted cherry Italian ice and the watermelon tastes like a lollipop. It works VERY well for recovery and the phenomenal pumps are excellent. Serving size is one scoop and there are 40 servings. If you take 2 scoops, you have a month supply if u workout 5 days a week and you get 40 grams of protein from EAAs, hydrolyzed whey and casein, and insane amounts of good creatines, beta-alanine and more.
 
I wanna try the LG Bcaa/eaa drink because the taste of xtend gets old fast. I have been mixing it with gatorade just to mix it up a little bit
 
Kickass workout last night! Again, weight/reps/endurance/aggression/vascularity/energy/libido, all the good stuff - all sky high!! I am phucking loving this sh2t!! Im so glad Im getting a second bottle!! :dance: I am now out of Xtend :(...well see how my workout tonight goes without it. I am gonna throw some bulk bcaa/ba/crystal light into a jug for my replacement until I get the lg shiznit. Instead of putting my numbers down today Im just gonna put the highlights.

The w/o - Shoulders/back/hips
1. Seated hammer db front raises - up 5lbs for phucking 15 reps!
2. Standing one arm lateral raises - up 2 reps on all sets
3. Seated cable press - up 10lbs for 10 reps!
4. Db rows - nothin special
5. Seated rear lateral raises - up 2 reps on first 2 sets and 4 reps on last set
6. superset with hypertensions - nothin special
7.Left side only db shrugs - up 5lbs on all sets for reps!
8. Crunch machine - abs/oblique alternating - nothin special
9. Abductor - up 4 reps on all sets..keeping reps high on these exercises
10. adductor - same as above
11. Bought a chin up bar that you mount on your door frame yesterday and ended this workout with 5 sets of 12 reps (normal width underhand grip)

Next workout update in a couple hours!!

Had a great workout today! Worked out on zero glycogen and STILL made some gains today!! Didnt plan to workout on empty - schedule just worked out that way.

Intra w/o - 5g BCAA/3g Cit Malate (forgot I had some bulk :D)/3.75 BA

The w/o - Legs/Chest/arms
1. BB squats- been a while..dont remember last numbers
2. Medium incline db press - up 5lbs on second set
3. Low incline db press - up 3 reps on second set, up 5lbs on last set
4. Cable x overs - up 2 reps each set and up 1 notch on last set
5. Standing hammer curls - up 5lbs on last set! Wrist is feeling great!
6. Seated french curls - took this down 5lbs because elbows felt funky last time...did more reps for each set
7. 1 arm P/L preacher curls - havent done this in a while
8. Lying db skullcrushers - up 1 rep on last exercise :frustrate still its progress
9. Reverse ez bar curls - been a while
10. Rope pushdowns - been a while
11. Cool down on spin bike for 10 mins
12. 20 pushups on handle bars I bought
