Had a killer ass workout!! Stuff is really kickn in now! Strength was up! Pump/vascularity was just nasty! Manned up and took a full scoop pre w/o and did not regret it!

The w/o:
1. Standing 1 arm lateral raises with one hand on back of seat -
20x16, 25x16, 30x16 thought I would finish here but nope, 35x14
Delts were puuuumped up somethin fierce!
2. Chest on high incline bench front ez bar raises - havent done this before so weights are being toyed with -
30x16, 40x14, 30x20
3. Db pullovers - only have done these a couple times but its been a long time so weight are being toyed with -
45x10, 55x10, 65x10
4. Close hammer grip pullups - 16, 12, 8, 7
5. Hanging leg/hip raises - 12, 12, 12
6. Staggered standing reverse flys - 10x16, 15x16, 20x16, 25x12
7. Seated cable press - 40x10, 50x10, 60x10 gonna up weight next time
8. Side bends - 55'sx12 without straps, 65'sx12 w/ straps, 75'sx12 w/straps
9. Left side only db shrugs w/straps - 65x20, 75x20, 85x16

Like I said it was a beautiful workout! And cannot wait until Friday's workout!! Will prob do some pushups (wide and diamond) tomorrow for fun :D

Fukcin killer workout!! This stuff is reallly startin to kick in hardcore!! All my numbers went up tonight some in weight, some in reps!! Im really phuckin amped about this!! Pumps/vasculariry is out of this world right now! My traps/shoulders are just bustin out my shirt! Chest is lookn more puft and is starting to take on more shape! And I have a lot more muscular endurance!!

40 mins pre w/o - 1 scoops AS
Intra - 2.5 scoops Xtend, 3.75g BA

The w/o:
1. Leg ext. - 140x16, 160x 16, 175x14
2. P/L Hack squat - 90x6, 190x16, 220x14
3. High incline db press - 35x8, 45x14, 55x10, 60x8 I was most impressed here! Endurance is really starting to show!
4. Low incline db press - 45x10, 50x15, 55x10, 60x5
5. Machine flys (inner chest) - 55x14, 65x12, 70x9
6. Viking Pec dec (outer chest) - 165x14, 175x8
7. Seated Hammer curls - 20x7, 45x13, 40x15, 35x17
8. Seated Db french curls - 35x7, 75x10, 70x12, 65x14
9. P/L Preacher curls - 85x14, 75x16, 70x17
10. Revers grip ez bar pushdowns No rest at all in between sets - 40x16, 45x16, 40x16

Wrist is still keeping me from my full potential on arm exercises but I have improved each workout so no complaints here! Plus my arms are lookn puft anyway! :D

dam! nice feedback on this.. what was your calorie intake while using this? Also didnt catch your starting weight? but then again not sure if this is something you were gauging..

You know what I never weighed myself. Yes, its not something I really like to check. As long as I get stronger each workout and look better everyday thats all I care about!

As for the calories, this is one of the best parts! Ive been eating sh1t tons of carbs over the last couple of days because of xmas cookin! :food:

I can agree with this. Mine are not crazy...but I can feel a difference. especially on my upper body pump during a workout like I had today. Glad to know you are enjoying metroba

Today is day 5 or 6

...and thanx for all the support guys!!

Missed yesterday's half dose - so this morning I had 1/2 scoop and will have a full scoop 40 mins pre w/o. Im loving the way this stuff makes me feel! Im buzzed and really chatty with people. Libido has me doin all kinds of crazy sh1t in the bedroom. Im noticeing more strength even in the bedroom too..haha. Im able to hold my girl in different kinds of positions that wasnt so easy for me before :whip:. Also, my endurance has gotten higher. Im flying up the stairs at my work and not getting winded at all. Good things happening here! Excited for today's workout!
 
Also, I noticed a couple hours after that pic I posted that it was taken with Zero glycogen. I totally forgot to mention it but the best part is when I did load up on some carbs I was looking very full and pumped!! This stuff is having a great nutrient repartition effect on me! Havent even touched my pslin in days! Going to the bathroom several times a day :dump:. Picked up some more acidophilus yesterday - the chewable kind! Also, got some Pro-nos vanilla! Stuff is yummy! :food:

and Relora is down to 600mg/day now

Like I told you before man, the abs are poppin' out. Up them cals with clean foods man and continue the cut and upregulate the thyroid.

Is it me, or are there more reps than regular members?
 
The Pro-NOS by MRI is so yummy! Have you tried their cookie'n cream?

it's just stupid expensive though :(
