Mental and Texas' Wired BBing Show

looks like Universal Rep was nice enough to handle prizes with the winners through PM, i appreciate that.

I have not heard back from the other companies yet, LG is the other one who said one of everything off the site. Ill be disappointed in them if they back down. I did say since participation dropped i wouldnt hold him to one of everything.

I can not make the reps/memebers get on and answer guys. I PMed them last Sun/Mon.

I will be sure to update ASAP. Im not goin anywhere i just dont wanna post a million times for no reason.
 
Wait, AN's not responding either? With an AN rep co-hosting the 'show'? .. what about Guesjn?

.. And I know I've seen them Molecular Nutrition reps around.

Legal Gear has agreed to one of each item off of the site!!! So thats about 12-20 things, i have to discuss exact items pending new releases and discontinued item come time to ship.

yes those are the ones that said they would give out prizes. Lg said 12 if I remember correctly.

I'd prefer if only those 'behind the curtain' of this bb contest contacted the companies..
 
I have ddresses but no PMs from anyone asking for them. They may be around but if they dont answer what am i going to do? I have to wait just like you guys. Im not even getting anythign but i am trying to get your guys stuff.
Some of the companies have been in weak connection with me form day one. Animal and LG were the only official ones i got a response from. The other Tex said he contacted.

I have no info from smeton yea, futurepilot. As for the contestants who won a t-shirt, pantherdude63, foxracer96 and one other dude who's member name I don't have. From the judges, I oly have infrom from Inarius, Jayhawkk.

i talked with LG. He said he thinks he shipped out, but didn't know. He and myself both contacted MT about it with no response yet. I also got ahold of Jjohn, he asked which competition I was talking about then never said anything back, same with avant.

This communication stuff is harder than you think, You all are glad to help me if you want to get a response back

You spoke with an LG rep? And they said they shipped out products? Or 'chipped out,' aka bailed on the prizes? .. You contacted MT? - is that MentalTwitch ? .. I guess I just don't get what you're saying in your first two sentences.

I've refrained from doing so thus far being that it almost seems a bit un-ethical to contact the company as a mere competitor .. and not a 'producer' of the competition. Now I'll try to contact them, however.

.. and what about AN, Texas? I guess that's my biggest surprise being that we've got about 5 active loggers/usernames that are reps from your company.

just waiting for addresses man. Mental Twitch had it all divided up. He hasn't sent me anything. We are holding up our side of the bargain... I have received no addresses though.

I mean I have contacted Molecular Nutrition rep Jjohn he responded asking which contest, I sent him the link and told him about the prizes they offered... I haven't gotten a response back. I spoke with LegalGear himself over it and said mental had contacted him about it and that he thought he had sent them out. He also stated he would be contacting mentaltwitch again. Neither of us have heard back from Mental yet. I also contacted Avant and spoke with sir savage, he asked what prizes and what contest, I have yet to hear anything back from him again. Applied Nutriceuticals is fully in this, I am just waiting for the addresses that Mental twitch had divided up for us.

I am trying to be polite and all because frankly these companies can call off prizes altogether if they feel like it and I do not want that to happen for you all.

I kind of did at first to be honest, but you and I are on good terms so I understand. I Pm'd mental twitch again to get me the addresses AN needs to get our load out. By all means I intend to follow through with my promise to get the AN prizes out. While I am at it, everyone in here PM me with your address for samples.

I think a lot of the competitors forgot how much work this took all the dieting , cardio, and dedication.

Im volunteering to pm the other companies. Viking said something about he doesnt want me to because Im second place or something. i have no hangups about pm ing other companies and asking for prizes. Lets all work together on this!...Texas if you want me to pm other companies let me know and its done
 
dude to be honest... I do not even care about prizes... Yes i did this and accomplished close to me goal, did I do it for prizes? the answer is no. I did it to better myself and hopefully get all of you to do the same. Not getting all the prizes is a bummer trust me, but personally I am pleased with the results I sustained and that is a good enough prize for me.

I know it is different though for you all as supplements can get expensive... I am going to keep trying of course! trust me on this, I just wish I could get some word from twitch even though he is going through some personal problems ATM.

He was kind enough to fork over everyone's emails to me and I put in sample requests to corporate for everyones I have. I am really hoping these other companies are going to come through with this.

Well, initially, I didn't consider it a good idea for the competitors to contact the companies directly, as we DID have two guys (texas, MT) standing behind the curtain of the contest.

.. but after two weeks following the contest and with a lack of responses from the companies, it's all fair game. PM whomever you want, man.

My personal opinion, I think this is a shame what this has come down to, and this is not directed to anyone. But it’s a good thing in a way, you know now where the chain has broke, and can easily fix this next time a comp is held. I know Tex said he didn’t care about the prizes ( With him recieving his), but some folks really did care about them im sure..just saying. we all have degrees here, this will be fixed next time im sure.:)

trust me I am as frustrated as you all with prizes, MT's help and everything. He has been online and barely responsive... same with companies I got an initial acknowledgement and that was all. I am doing the best I can to get everyone covered and I have at least landed everyone something in a way or another. That was my goal, but I am continuing to get the most that I can

Tex buddy, I know, and see everyday you’re doing what you can do with this.

All of you guys put forth a great effort into this, Hell , I didn’t even enter, so who am I ? I’m just one from the outside looking in. I can see you’re very frustrated about what’s going on, I would be to. It'll all get worked out im sure:) just sucks to see a great thing turn like this when your doing everything you can to prevent it from happening
 
I am just not one to half ass things. I am one that follows through even in last place. I bust my ass for people and to see this thing go smoothly till the very end just bums me out

I contacted a couple reps from companies Ill post if I hear back from them. If I dont post that just means they didn't respond. Thanks everyone! Texas, Viking, Lifter gym for being active!

It didnt cost anything to enter this comp so I think people should be happy we're even getting anything. Animal is handing out $150 for first place. I feel greatful that I'm even getting a free T-shirt. Unless you were running gear, the costs associated with this prep should have been about the same as normal. Or even less if you were on a calorie deficit. I actually saved money over the past few months, protein powder, bulk chicken breast, veggies and oatmeal is surprisingly cheap.

I understand people wanting prizes, but to secure participation by companies in the future, you might want to hold back some of that righteous indignation over not recieving free stuff.
