Man you had my hopes up until i finished reading this!

It is only 3 blocks away from my house. originally it was a MMA / Crossfit thing, with a weak weight room. they took out 2 MMA rings and bought a bunch of used Hammer strength equipment and put in a couple more power racks. that is why I changed Gyms.

Not even going to try to post todays workout gents, way to much and I was in such a zone I just didnt care about volume...but I assure you it was a lot. Went home afterwards and took a nap, but when I woke up I dropped 2 Thermogenesis and Im feeling pretty d@mn spunky right about now!! You have got to try this fat burner gents, its legit. Woke up weighing 217.5 today and it made me feel good about it. I can actually see a little leaning out in various areas which is something new to me. Feeling good with it!! Call out I know pretty week on the ROM. I can actually do these with my bad shoulder with just slight pain hairygrandpa

Oh, I don't dare to do that exercise yet. Will use low weight DB's for pressing in TUT fashion for awhile.
Have to buy me some Androcrine, you make me do it, damn. I'm drowning already in trans-dermal stuff like: Dermacrine, Virtus, Dermatr3st, roll on fat burner and 1-Andro. My wife will roll her eyes if one more appears on the bathroom sink.

If you have a Hammer Strength Decline try it. Just don't go very deep or extend all the way. This was actually one of the first exercises I could some what do about 4-5 weeks after I hurt my shoulder.

That is funny on the TD's. you only have so much skin surface.

No hammer decline in my gym but 2-3 pressing machines and a fly machine (trying it every week with low weight but nope).
You are right, decline is easier on the shoulder, I notice that when doing cables.

I only use the Dermacrine on- and off and the 1-Andro. The trans-dermals from BPS are top, hands down.

I do them the same except I put one hand in front of the other (Like holding a baseball bat) I feel like the bar is going to slip out of my hands otherwise.

One more thing. Squeeze it at the top for about 2-3 seconds. try to feel it in the upper chest. with our bad shoulders it is really hard to work the upper chest.
 
Studhorse FireTitan you guys actually feel land mines in your chest?? Never could get activation right and always had delts take over

That is why I say try to feel it in the upper chest. You have to find that correct angle. If I didn't have a bad shoulder I would only do them with one arm a hit the front delts.
As you can see not a big fan just trying to hit the chest and especially the upper is a challenge with a bad shoulder.
