Hey guys!!! Sorry for my lack of updates, but trust me when I say Ive been swamped at work!! Had planned on updating Sunday Night, but as soon as I got to EMS all h3ll broke lose. Had to run a wreck where a mother was texting, blew through the intersection , rolled the car and hit a a powerline pole head on. Had to cut the car and get her 2 young kids out of the car and rush them to a pediatric trauma center. The night went down hill from there.
But, Im back, had an awesome workout today but didnt get to video any of it. Was 218 this morning when I woke up and it was still dark out. I weigh more when the moon is still shining. No updates as for noodz, thatll wait till Friday, but Im throwing this one in just to excite
