smith_69 tips Ive noticed much more trap strength and my grip is getting ridiculous!!! Eyes are dragging now, so wont post the entire workout, but lots of work, decent weight including 80lb Arnold presses for 10 on my 4th set, a million shrugs of different variations, but for the first time I was able to do a set of BB shrugs with 390 withOUT the use of straps. Not digging the picture, at all, Im bloated as h3ll for some reason, but I still think I look better than I did 2 weeks ago.
