ONE guy in a gym or at work who is getting visible results is priceless advertising for a product.....my guys are always asking me for recommendations for themselves and their girls....my dream is to one day open my own supplement store!!!

Sorry to hear about your knee.. like BEAST73 said let it recover and you will be all good.. if it keeps bothering you and you have a good family doctor ask him if he can give you Voltaren 1% gel .. it's amazing for joint infimantion..
 
FireTitan - I've been busy this week and can't keep up with everyone's logs....but I am so happy to see you squatting real weight and doing more than you thought and expanding your possibilities. Really proud of you.

Thanks guys. Im sure aim done with squats for a little while. Its still bruised just under the knee on the inside of my leg, and tender. The back of my leg behind the knee feels like it is under constant tension, and I can dig my thumb into the side of my knee and feel severely sharp pain. Is what it is. Ill do whatI can. On a second note, I hit the gym this morning and absolutely destroyed my Biceps and triceps,videoed a couple of sets for Studhorse since he did the same for me. Kinda like a challenge. Did Not dose Thermogenesis this morning as I knew I had to work tonight and was going home to sleep. I took one cap when I woke up around 4pm, and ate supper around 7, 4eggs and 3/4lb of steak. Still love the feeling I get on the Thermogenesis, and will take my second cap around 9PM to get me through he night.

As far as the HST goes just leave off the legs until you find something you can do for them them.

When I hurt my left shoulder I was in the middle of HST and just dropped the chest and shoulders , then changed to some wimpy stuff for them the next go round. And just been adjusting and trying new lifts for them. A lot of trial and error.
 
Man, I hope your knee gets better. I don't know how I was even walking a couple weeks ago. Well I do actually. Enough pain killers to knock out a village.

Definitely take a break from the HST while you let it heal. I still haven't gone back to full legs because of my knee.

Been up since 330 yesterday and had a brutal night on the ambulance, but just couldnt sleep this morning. So, went to the gym and smoked my shoulders and traps. Thanks to some smith_69 tips Ive noticed much more trap strength and my grip is getting ridiculous!!! Eyes are dragging now, so wont post the entire workout, but lots of work, decent weight including 80lb Arnold presses for 10 on my 4th set, a million shrugs of different variations, but for the first time I was able to do a set of BB shrugs with 390 withOUT the use of straps. Not digging the picture, at all, Im bloated as h3ll for some reason, but I still think I look better than I did 2 weeks ago. Invalid Link Removed

Same here!!! smith_69 also emphasized the mind muscle connection which I really wasn't focused on with traps for some reason... mainly cause I always felt the burn in them going heavy for quick/sloppy reps.. last few weeks I've lowered both the weight and volume and am just focusing on getting the best quality reps possible.. my traps are definitely growing now.

That is nuts. You are what? 5'10ish? Around 220? I am only a couple of inches taller than you and less than 30 pounds behind you and yet you look WAY fcking stronger than I do. And you are. Whatever you're doing, keep at it and don't worry about that scale. Pretty soon you are going to have fully visible abs and be like 210. You are a machine man.

Yes sir. 5'10" on the dot, and 220 this morning. I really appreciate the comments. As far as the scale, im on the fence. I want to see it drop, but ultimately I dont care about the number. My common joke is I want to know that when I stop doing jumping jacks, ALL of me stops doing jumping jacks. Thats my overall goal. But you? You have a hell of a determination and someone working with you. I think youll far surpass your goals relatively quickly!!

Knowing I have something to get ready has forced me to do things I should have been doing in the first place. He is mainly helping me come into a show because I have never done that before and don't want to embarrass myself....LOL I don't think we give ourselves enough credit. We are both working real hard and it is starting to show. I am proud of you friend!

When it comes to the scale, I remind myself of one simple fact. People don't look at you on the street and see the number on the scale. They see what is VISIBLE! FTS, guys. F.T.S....

Try holding each rep at the top for 2 seconds and get a good stretch on the down. I actually close my eyes for some reason when I hit traps.
