How longs the recovery? Are ya gonna try Peptides or anything to speed the process up?

That's not as bad as I thought.. knee replacement sounds horrible bro.

constant pain and taking steps/stairs one at a time and feeling like a cripple is much worse, lol.

Theres a lot of variations. What works for 1 doesn't for others. I for 1 am doing VERY low carbs and only around 1000-1100 calories a day. I try and get a minimum of 180 G protein a day, but really need 200. Most of my solid food comes in the evening, more or less a variation of the Warrior Diet. Others are starting the steak, eggs and butter diet. Its proven, and is legit, but can be expensive. Obviously I would first suggest Thermogenesis from Vitalize Supplements!!! Right smith?

If your new to the gym this will be a little easier to do... honestly I suggest you eat really clean and moderate amounts of carbs

I also have had great success with yohimbine Hcl, taking it before fasted exercise.
 
Only on day 2, so 1 AM 1 PM. Im thinking Monday will be dosed 2 AM upon waking, Ill just have to remember to NOT get my morning coffee!

Can you post what your diet consists of now? Would probably help us to help you out. Also, where you at currently. Like weight and stuff. Surprisingly, most of us are Former Fat Guys, so we can tell you what worked for us. But like others have said, everybody is different.
 
Here is a possible diet:

1 cup egg beaters
2 oz fat free cheddar
1 cup ***e Greek yogurt
2 scoops Select Protein
6 oz chicken
1 bag of broccoli.

825 calories. 160 grams of protein. Weight loss inevitable.
 
Oh does sponsored logs matter? If so we need to start one to just bull sh it on. What would we call it?

I love all the crap we shoot. But maybe we need to keep it down a little on the sponsored logs. Dont want to hide the purpose of the log itself. And, in all honesty, Id hate for some of the companies to pull away from AM thinking the logs are just full of the nonsense we love so much. Now, personal logs? Dang right, thats fair game!! Lol

I'm really not "Counting" calorie intake but i am watching what i eat, not really all that good at counting :(

Lol, I didn't say it was the only way. Not even a "best" way. But it is a way that I guarantee will work. That's right, I GUARANTEE it will work.

By this I mean that if you have under 180 pounds of lean mass you will lose weight, lose it pretty quick, and muscle loss will be minimal if you train appropriately.

I will not give you your money back if it doesn't work. Because it will work. It is the Chuck Norris of diets.
