I have a few questions about going above the recommended dosage for AP, not in the sense as more than 1 cap per meal, but more than 3 caps per day.
I'm considering that it may be more effective, for training, to be eating carbohydrates in each of every 6 meals of the day. I train endurance with lots of cardio, and I have been "carb-loading" 3 times a day to get in around 350-400g carbohydates daily.
Would it be advisable to take UP TO 6 AP's a day(one for each of my six meals)? And have around 50-75g carbs with each meal. Would there be something to worry about, aside from the cost increase?
Is there anything to be gained by doing so? Looking for effects on recovery and endurance....
I'm currently also using Powerfull, if that at all madders.
