Well he didn't say anything about diet , diet is everything. But how are you going to lose your progress just because you used anabolics. It has to do with diet and cardio. Anabolics just help you out.

I agree with you there... just saying, if you cut down on a certain diet with an anabolic - and don't make some pretty precise modifications during PCT - you're going to puff right back where you were.

Hey GM i want to officialy apolagize , firstly, i did misunderstand the nature of your post in reply to tom, I dont want there to be any hard feeling here, and i do feel bad about what i said, i respect you to bro, and i have enjoyed your posts.
You have a good friend in timberlakers, and he has since shown me that i made a mistake, So i am very sorry, and hope that we dont have any hard feelings, you are right, tom does need to get his diet in order.
I think because of my culture, and i understand now, name calling is very personal, and i hate it when its meant to be unkind, i understand now however that it was meant not in the way i thought.

How do you figure?

If someone does not have their diet right, and they use steroids to cut down past where their body would naturally go on their diet, then they will not keep the gains in muscle or in loss of bodyfat that was achieved on the steroids.

If one was to have their diet in check, and was able to get down to a certain bodyfat naturally, then used steroids to keep their strength high on a calorie deficit because to be able to keep their size at that calorie deficite would require very heavy lifting and anabolic activity that would not be present solely from their food; then yes, go ahead and use juice to cut.

I still don't believe that it is the right thing to do.

I did talk about diet in a previous post, this whole issue stemmed from carbohydrates and mdrol.

M-DROL : To cut, or not to cut, that is the question !

One can't really specifically point out that M-drol is not a good cutting steroid. . . With consistent low-impact cardio (for 45-60 minutes) to avoid calf pumps, alongside a medium-range carb intake (150-250 grams/day depending on bodyweight), M-drol can produce some insane body recomposition !

However, the ONLY time I will use M-drol again is following a cut-down-to-the-bone cutter, only to incorporate carbohydrates again, and get the synergy of carb-incorporation + M-drol for optimum cell volumization. When I ran M-drol following U.D 2.0 where I got down to 5-6% bodyfat, incorporating 200-300 grams carbs a day (I had the priviledge of playing around with it), I got the leanest, meanest gains of the century for myself. The M-drol and carbs saturated my muscle bellies, and expanded every muscle cell. It pushed my veins out to the surface of my skin, increasing vascularity drastically. And alongside a 'restricted' diet, with intense training, all water weight was shed, and everything was popping.

First picture is following my U.D 2.0 cut; deflated but great lines.

Second picture is at the end of my M-drol run that was ran immidiately following my U.D 2.0 cut.

Yes, M-drol can be used on a cut; but size-wise, it's much more efficient on a bulk. (DUH!) M-drol is a very potent pro-hormone in which you need to respect, and you need the necessary support supplements as well as a well planned PCT. With diet, training and supplementation in check, M-drol can be used whether it's a bulk or a cut.

Great workout, great pump. I feel like my strength has stayed with me since the Epi, the MMV2 may have to do with that, but I just feel bigger and stronger. I am weighing in at about 194 yesterday... hopefully this 200lbs will be broken!!!

Great workout G-Money!! I've watched your strength steadily increase over the months. And now you're sitting at 194??!! And just a little over a week from M-Drol??!! You are gonna crush the 200 lb. barrier!! You'll very likely wind up around 205 or more after the cycle. Are you still running the ECA and MMV2 by the way? :think:

Eh, I am probably sitting a little over 190 all the time... that weight hasn't been consistent, that is just where I was at yesterday.

No, I have been done with the MMV2 for over a week now... I think thursday will be my last day of formadrol.

I am taking my ECA once a day in the morning... I will stop after this week.

I am pre-loading milk thistle and HB, and have been since I finished MMV2.

Dude, you're going to be 200 before I get my ass off the plane.

I wish I grew that fast... slow and steady is the game I seem to play. Then again steady slow gains are the ones you keep. I still can't wait to blow up on Mdrol... my Dad is going to Brazil until right before thanksgiving... he is gonna trip out when he gets back! lol.

I used to be 3 cheat meals a day at least. I remember a few years ago when I basically gave up on life (at least being healthy) I would stop by fast food places and probably had 1000 - 1500 calories for breakfast. It was OK since I washed it down with a 44oz diet coke. :pizza:

135x10, 185x10, 210x10, 225x8... I haven't been going for heavy reps lately as my knee has been acting up. I haven't been dosing my fish oil like I should have been and I think that the MMV2 dried me out in my right elbow and right knee. Got Fish Oil and Cissus today... should be nice and greased up for the Mdrol. Oh yea, and no wraps or belt today, so not as confident with the heavy shiz.

RDL - 135x10, 225x10, 315x6... once again, no wraps no belt... getting back pumps lately. weird... need to start dosing my taurine already?! IDK...

Leg Press - 360x10, 450x10, 540x10

Calves on leg press - 180x10x3 sets superset with standing bodyweight calf press.

Quad Extentions - 150x10, 200x10, 200x10

Lying Hammy curls - 60x10, 70x10, 80x10

So... Good news, I weighed in at 194 again today... So I am pretty much the biggest I have ever been... I have hit 198 before, but that was from pizza and beer... doesn't count when 40 lbs is fat.

Yea, I know they are phenomenal gains, I just have that mentality of it not being a big deal. I'm not where I want to be, I am closer, and that makes me happy, but it isn't the time for me to let up. It isn't the time for me to act like some bad-ass. I'm not big yet. I'm not strong yet. I am bigger than most, and stronger than most... but most people don't have the goals that I do.

Everyone is their own worst critic. :lol:

Although this will probably change when timber is in town, I do split 2 bodyparts into a day. I mix that up for 4 workout weeks with 5 workout weeks that are 1 bodypart a day.

ANOUNCEMENT!!!

T-minus 5 1/2 days and counting suckaz.

I am going to be doing two workouts this week, all compound movements. One on Monday (Upper body), One on Tuesday (Lower). I am taking two days off, and beginning the dosing of my Mdrol @ 10mg ED starting on Friday. Friday begins my Week 1 workout, as this makes Timber's visit start on day 1 of week 2... around which all hell should be breaking loose.

I will probably be working out the same program as Timber. We will post the weekly plans shortly.

I will be upping my calories from around 3200 to 5000ish. :twisted:

I weighed 194 lbs AGAIN today... 194 and a half actually. I am still gaining.... :head:

Checked my BF%. 10.5% ... that's ok with me, I think I am at a state that I will be able to grow very well. I will post Pre-Dose pictures either Wednesday or Thursday.

TUNE IN TO WATCH ME BREAK 200 LBS!!!
