Lateral/front/rear delt raise tri set - 20x10 each, 25x10 each, 30x 8 each
Standing Machine Shrugs - 180x20, 270x15, 360x10, 360x8
30min a day cardio performed ED over the weekend. Rowing machine/Bike/Jogging
Monday (yesterday)
Chest/Triceps
Incline Hammerstrength Press - 2 plates x12, 2 plates+25s x10, 3 platesx8, 3 plates x6
Flat DB press - 70'sx10, 85'sx10, 100'sx6
standing cable fly's - 70lbsx10, 80lbsx10, 90lbsx10
Skull Crusher superset w/ CG bench (incline bench) - 75x10 each, 85x10 each, 85x10 each
Dips - 3 sets of 20 BW
Tricep Pressdowns superset with reverse grip - 120x10, 80x10; 140x10, 90x10; 140x10, 90x8
Great workout, great pump. I feel like my strength has stayed with me since the Epi, the MMV2 may have to do with that, but I just feel bigger and stronger. I am weighing in at about 194 yesterday... hopefully this 200lbs will be broken!!!
