Max Erection Quality Stack

Hello everybody;

Excuse my English, not my mother language. I'll try my best.

A little context: mid 30s, been lifting consistently for just about 2 years, eating fairly well. Body fat below 20%.
I was a heavy smoker (both cigs and pot), quit one year and a half ago.

Point is: I feel I'm not in my twenties anymore and miss hardness, ease to achieve a boner and sustain total firmness throughout long sexy time sessions.
I'm not suffering ED (had some episodes back then, before I stopped smoking) but, you know, it's not quite there yet.

I'm asking here because you guys seem a very reliable and informed community, and some of my staples are supps frequently discussed here 8).

This is my current stack. Looking good?

- L-Citrulline powder. 3 grams/day.

- Agmatine (SNS, powder). 1 gram/day.

- Kyolic Aged Garlic. 600 mg twice daily.

- Vit C (Ester C Plus). 1000 mg twice daily.

- Grape Seed Extract. 300 mg twice daily.

- Follidrone 2.0 - Only on workout days, both cardio or lifting. Let's say 4 days a week, 1x3 capsules. Loving it.

- Zinc picolinate. 50 mg/day.

Besides that, I take a multi (Life Force, 2 tablets daily), Fish Oil (Oximega) and Ashwagandha (Jarrow's KSM-66, 1 cap twice daily).

What do you think of my stack? Any suggestions on adding or replacing something, dosages...?

I'd greatly appreciate any feedback.
Many thanks.

Check out supplements that include L-dopa. And if you want an all in one natural libido booster. I use primaljax

The supplements you're currently taking aren't all directly correlated to blood flow or sexual health, but it looks like a solid stack. If you're looking for a 'quick fix' supplement, my go-to has always been yohimbine. I've never had issues in the bedroom, but y-hcl makes things even better.

I would also agree with Nickespo89 on looking at l-dopa. If you're looking for a libido product, I would check out Alphamax XT. It is designed to help increase natural test and limit cortisol and estrogen. Alphamax XT contains l-dopa which can increase libido. It also contains ashwagandha, which would allow you to remove the solo ashwagandha from your current stack.

If libido is not an issue, it'll be hard finding an OTC PDE5 inhibitor. Yohimbine may help, but also may increase anxiety which may in turn reduce performance.

You could try an over the counter test booster like CEL M-TEST, Testify from Olympus Labs, or Alphamax XT from Performax and see how those treat you. But for a longer term option which is cheaper, you could opt to see a Doc who may prescribe something much more reliable

Ecklonia cava, one of the ingredients in FOllidrone 2 was studied compared to Viagra and won in most cases. Id take it every day.
Lost of guys mentioning increased erection strength.

Steer clear of PCT products or any products with antiandrogens or anything that lowers or blocks DHT in any way.

Some antiandrogens commonly used in pct and test booster products=
Saw palmetto
DIM
Nettle/urtica dioica
Licorice root extracts
etc etc etc.

You would be surprised how many "PCT" products have antiandrogenic ingredients. Its bad man.

A doctor might have a prescription for you. Seems like an awful lot to take just for maintenance in my opinion. I'm not knocking your regime I'm interested in knowing how how those products work together

I know how that sounds, but it's an actual friend, not me lol! But I might try some, it's inexpensive on Amazon haha

Thank you all for the replies and insight. Much appreciated!

I want to clarify I'm not suffering from ED, I don't want or need to be prescribed Cialis, Viagra or the likes. Never tried them.
I did have some awful sexual dysfunction episodes in the past, though. I was a sedentary, heavy smoker guy.

Since I stopped smoking, started regular physical activity and a healthier lifestyle I've had no more ED serious issues.

But not needing a medical treatment doesn't mean I do not miss some hardness, sustainability, you name it.

Thank you again.

NO is a poor and possibly dangerous way to perfect erection quality imo.
As brundel said work on maximizing dht through diet and exercise. Squats should help with that as well as strengthen the pelvic floor.
Vitamin E (tocopherols) and maybe a bit of aspirin (add vit k2 if concerned about blood flow).
Estrogen is connected with varicosed veins so lowering it through diet is an other step (well cooked white button mushrooms if not overdone may help, vitamin e and aspirin also lower it).
An other easy thing, don't work out more than what you body can handle.

Wagner83, could you please detail a little how is NO dangerous? I've never heard that.

I can feel citrulline, erection-wise.

Props to pointing out L-Dopa. Mucuna Pruriens, I'm assuming. What dose and L-dopa % is safe? I am cautious about messing with my neurotransmitters.
For how long can be taken without risks?

About Maca. Back then my buddy bought some organic raw maca. I tried it. Once. Because it tasted awful and mixed poorly with water. Is gelatinized better tasting, and equally effective? How do you take yours?

You can usually find a high quality Mucuna Pruriens with 98% L-Dopa. And I think the studied effective dose is 300mg per day, which is what most natural anabolic products provide. Alphamax XT contains a full 300mg serving with 98% extract disclosed on the label. Other standalone Mucuna Pruriens sources might not state the extract %

Not sure what the policy about links is here, so I'll just encourage you to read Ray Peat's articles on the matter and listen to a few podcasts he has on NO and see if it makes any sense to you.
I had a thread on here talking about pycnogenol+l-citrulline giving great erections, it also made it extremely difficult for me to breathe. From what I have gathered, NO-estrogen-prolactin-serotonin all go hand in hand as signs of stress in the body, and they act in stressful way too. NO became a trend and a symbol of virility when the patents on Viagra and Cialis were in sight.

Sure is, and yes, it is an anti-androgen yet it is still in some test boosters. I am actually taking a test booster right now that contains an excessively high amount of it. I bought it out of curiously despite the fact that I know better. I will probably be replacing it with a better product.

I would for sure not take urtica/nettle. I know its used in some PCT products but its use is not advised unless you have issues with your prostate.
It blocks androgens from binding to the receptor
Reduces testosterone levels.
Reduces DHT levels.
Its being studied for use in prostate cancer because it reduces DHT and blocks androgen receptors so well. Great maybe if you have cancer. Fn terrible if you dont. Last thing you want is less test, less DHT and while they are being reduced the test and DHT you have is prevented from binding to the receptor anyways.

The misconception lies in UDs ability to raise LH and FSH. Unfortunately this is the bodies way of reacting to the lowering of test levels and blocking of the Androgen receptor. The LH/FSH rise happens BECAUSE test and dht are low.

Quotes from UD studies.

"Nettle extract may lower testosterone by cholesterol reduction."

"Nettle contains compounds such as sterols, flavonoids and polysaccharides that these compounds are antiandrogens and deal with testosterone function."

"Nettle prevents formation of the active form of testosterone, dihydrotestosterone by inhibition the enzyme 5-alpha reductase"

"Nettle root extract inhibits aromatase and thus prevents the conversion of testosterone to estrogen, and also prevents androgen binding to androgen receptors"

----------
Lots of products include DHT inhibitors and antiandrogens.
The last thing you want is an antiandrogen or something that blocks DHT.
Do your homework people. Make sure to individually research each ingredient in each product.
You have to be proactive.

Actually dht is used as treatment for prostate hyperplasia in France.
Maca worked fine for me but only for a few days. Then maybe it gave a little boost but nothing worse the effort. After it's turnip powder..

It's disappointing how many test booster formulas and cycle support supplements are sabotaged with this ingredient. It's as if they don't put any real thought into it or actually know what each ingredient actually does.

It is worth noting that even if you don't like one ingredient in a given product, that doesn't mean that any negatives of that ingredient will outweigh the positives of the rest of the formula. In the case of the person who just mentioned M-Test, even if you think one ingredient is, say, a "step back" in regards to what you want, the rest of the profile may be "several steps forward," meaning that, while you may like the product more if it didn't have said ingredient, it can still be an effective product even with the ingredient, which is supported by many users here really enjoying products that do contain it, as long as they have solid overall profiles. Of course, everyone responds differently to different ingredients, but that's my $0.02.

That is exactly why people do report positive experiences with products that contain stinging nettle extracts, but just imagine how much better user experiences would be if stinging nettle was simply excluded from these formulas. OL seems to be up with the times in this regard; you will not find any stinging nettle in either of their 2 test boosters, or their 2 options for on cycle support. I suspect that this is for good reason and they just didn't forget to add it.

Yeah, I was just reading a human study (well, by reading I legit just mean skimmed it) and it does appear to reduce DHT in the prostate. Will read more on what this means now.

Up for the Urtica Dioica debate, since two of the top test boosters out there (Alphamax XT and M-Test) provide it as its main ingredient.

Regarding yohimbine. I'm prone to anxiety, so I've never considered it. Now I'm reading there's Yohimbine HCL, Alpha-Yohimbine, Rawolscine and so on. I'm pretty lost to be honest, lol. What kind does not cause anxiety, nervousness and the likes? Is it equally effective?

I'm considering maca powder because, you know, it's pretty cheap and some swear that it's a fun ride at least for the first few days. Raw or gelatinized, wich is more effective regarding libido?

Thanks a lot!

I'm having legitimate increases in erection "strength" on FD 2.0.

I'm also taking Bloodshred RAW, and while I love it, it actually gives me shrinkage in the mornings when I take it. (contains Rawolscine) and I was taking yohimbine hcl caps before my BS came in with no erection effects for me

Obviously I'm just one guy, but the Follidrone 2.0 gives me morning wood like erections at the drop of a dime.

Same experience here with FD2, increased sexual function for sure. Yohimbine and all its various extracts have the same negative response in that department for me as well, for the most part. I too enjoy BloodShred, but I got WAR as I did not want the rawolscine. My all time favorite Yohimbe extract was what PES used (SA2-A). It was completely jitter free and was also quite friendly in regards to sexual function. Sadly, those days are done. I also like the extract Performax uses in OxyMax XT as it is also seems to have a similar feel which is nice. Same with HyperMax XT for that matter, but I can only do half a scoop or I do start to experience that uneasy feeling. Whenever I have tried other products with a Yohimbe extract, it has just been too overwhelming.

Actually UD should increase circulating(active) DHT levels in serum and local tissues. Its ability to help with the prostate actually comes from its ability to block SHBG from binding to prostatic membrane receptors and has nothing to do with DHT itself being blocked.

Planta Med. 1997 Dec;63(6):529-32.
Lignans from the roots of Urtica dioica and their metabolites bind to human sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG).

Plus im pretty sure nettle is very beneficial to free testosterone anyways defintiely wouldnt overlook it because it "may" interfere with dht but thats just my opinion
Yes, in the study done on the original MassFX (pretty much just UD), free testosterone was increased by 90%+ I believe.
