Hello everybody;
Excuse my English, not my mother language. I'll try my best.
A little context: mid 30s, been lifting consistently for just about 2 years, eating fairly well. Body fat below 20%.
I was a heavy smoker (both cigs and pot), quit one year and a half ago.
Point is: I feel I'm not in my twenties anymore and miss hardness, ease to achieve a boner and sustain total firmness throughout long sexy time sessions.
I'm not suffering ED (had some episodes back then, before I stopped smoking) but, you know, it's not quite there yet.
I'm asking here because you guys seem a very reliable and informed community, and some of my staples are supps frequently discussed here 8).
This is my current stack. Looking good?
- L-Citrulline powder. 3 grams/day.
- Agmatine (SNS, powder). 1 gram/day.
- Kyolic Aged Garlic. 600 mg twice daily.
- Vit C (Ester C Plus). 1000 mg twice daily.
- Grape Seed Extract. 300 mg twice daily.
- Follidrone 2.0 - Only on workout days, both cardio or lifting. Let's say 4 days a week, 1x3 capsules. Loving it.
- Zinc picolinate. 50 mg/day.
Besides that, I take a multi (Life Force, 2 tablets daily), Fish Oil (Oximega) and Ashwagandha (Jarrow's KSM-66, 1 cap twice daily).
What do you think of my stack? Any suggestions on adding or replacing something, dosages...?
