just finished cardio round two one more day depletion before loading starts on Thursday.
Cardio was miserable 60 minutes cybex steady state I would rather have had my d!ck stuck in a car door. Was a serious mental battle completeing that LOL
todays AM workout
upperbody pull day
weighted wide grip pullups
5 sets up to BW+45 for 8
Pull Downs 3 sets with 4 second eccentrics
HS row machine 3 sets 8-12
Smith MAchine Barbell rows deadstopstyle 4 sets 8-12
cable rows 4 second eccentrics 4 sets 12-15
weighted chins 5 sets up to BW+45 for 8 2 second eccentrics (I do this as a bicep excersize)
spider curls 5 sets 4 second eccentrics 8-12
going back for 45-60 minutes LISS cardio
macros today 300/75/75

60 minutes fasted cardio this morning sweat suit hoodied up. Started diuretics yesterday. Carb up starts after cardio. Pics.from last night still wet and quite.flat.
