just finished cardio round two one more day depletion before loading starts on Thursday.

Cardio was miserable 60 minutes cybex steady state I would rather have had my d!ck stuck in a car door. Was a serious mental battle completeing that LOL
 
todays AM workout

upperbody pull day

weighted wide grip pullups
5 sets up to BW+45 for 8

Pull Downs 3 sets with 4 second eccentrics

HS row machine 3 sets 8-12

Smith MAchine Barbell rows deadstopstyle 4 sets 8-12

cable rows 4 second eccentrics 4 sets 12-15

weighted chins 5 sets up to BW+45 for 8 2 second eccentrics (I do this as a bicep excersize)

spider curls 5 sets 4 second eccentrics 8-12

going back for 45-60 minutes LISS cardio

macros today 300/75/75

Haha tomorow will be worse the thursday get like 400 carbs but still have 2 cardio sessions
 
60 minutes fasted cardio this morning sweat suit hoodied up. Started diuretics yesterday. Carb up starts after cardio. Pics.from last night still wet and quite.flat.

OK start this back up since my ALpha log was closed hopefully people are still subd... I can layout everything again for those interested.

Im 4 days out from the Atlantic State Championships, please ask questions as I don't feel like typing out all my peak week details unless someone is interetsted

Todays meals carb up day 1


Meal 1 "6 oz chicken



1/4 cup of almonds

2 cups of white rice



Meal 2 6 oz chicken

10 oz's of Sweet potato

4 oz avocado



Meal 3 6 oz's chicken

10oz's of white potato





Meal 4 6 oz's of 93/7 ground beef

8 oz's of sweet potato

4 oz avocado



Meal 5 6 oz chicken

1.5 cup of white rice

seriously, i have to give you credit...there is no way in hell i would be able to stick to that diet...no way, no how!!!!!

Same meal plan as yesterday. Down to 1/2 gallon water today. Starting the journey to new york, well ahows in new york.hotels in new jersey about 20 minutes and a 200$ per night away

One coat of tan on still a lil flat. Going to add some extra carbs and fats to my last meal see how i look jn the morning

6th place bro not bad I looked awesome was a big tough class 16 guys dude that won my class (and overalls) was like 210 I was about 185 LOL

Sixth place is still pretty damn good man! Hopefully the judges gave you a good critique so you know what you need to do in future :)

Ya i will request somw feedback.ahould gwt it in a week or so. I know my chest ia underdeveloped, and i could use a lil.more.size in general. but Depending on region and judges they go.for different looks.

I would.need to.dry out quite a bit but im hoping to be this full for Team.U in 3 weeks. I want to be much bigger then Atlantics even.if i need to.sacrifice slightly on leanness wich i doubt

Ya im going to keep carbs at 300 until peak week with extra high carbs days. Come in big and dry as hell. I think i overdieted last show
