Yeah, I had an example video posted in there. I've been ending my leg workouts with them lately. I'm going to try using it for "Dante Rows" today.

Thanks man. I am hoping for ~190 at ~5% Plenty of time still. Im upping my cardio to 30 minutes every other day starting today
 
You obviously know your body and how to manipulate it. I am a big advocate of fasted and post workout cardio, especially when trying to preserve muscle while losing fat. Not sure what your plan of attack is but will def be following.

Max PUMP 4 caps with my last meal of the day

Legs are nice and sore today I love it!!!

Shoulders/bis/trs

4 sets ea face pulls, side raises on machine, barbell press ss with shrugs.
Destroyer set

3 sets ea skull crushers ss db curls, rope press downs ss cable curls

25 minutes stepmill 5 high intensity intervals rest medium paced

NOTES
* Think Im starting to notice effects from versa-1
* pump is ridiculous still all swole an hour later
* todays macros 309p/100c/54f

Impressive. I just noticed you're taking Max Pump, which I'm guessing would help with that. Hopefully some of it sticks around when you finish. My vascularity slowly increased and was pretty prominent after a couple weeks of V-1.

Ya I only have a few days left of the Max Pump. Im finally starting to enjoy it and figure out dosing wasted 1/2 of it trying to make it work for me. Versa-1 however I have a few more bottles of. Depending on how im feeling and looking I may run versa-1 right onto the stage.

Ive added 25g carbs ea day. Im hoping to add another 25 next week depending on progress if already just the extra 25 on my low days (60 scheduled carbs) is a huge help. If I can add another 25 and still continue to lean out I would be thrilled.

How's the clomid treating you bro? Any tears yet?

Great recomp over the last 6 weeks started at like 205 and pretty fat stayed the same weight and leaned out nice Ill try and post day 1 and today pics side by side
