Everything was two sets and five reps unless stated otherwise. Feeling good. Looking good and for being on vacation I am damn happy with how the physique has not gone downward. Here's to bulking on vacation lol.


Also, did my bodyweight cardio day yesterday. This one I really felt beast mode kick in around my second set of pull ups. It hit my with focus and I felt my mood was uplifted a bit by it.

Got my wife a gym membership to on this day. Got it frozen so she doesn't have to pay (well more like I don't have to pay) till she moves back here.
 
So I have started my new HST. 15-20s. 15 reps on bent over rows, bench, upright rows, and shoulder presses, 20 reps on squats, curls, and tricep ext.

Rep times on this are 2sec down and 1sec up. Not exploding but not slow. The burn and the pump were insane! Light weights though .

I will probably end this log and make a new one when I start running my cycle. Right now thinking about running Ultradrol, Trenazone, androhard and transaderm (for lethargy). Maybe run FormaStanzol as well. I have all of this on hand. I cant remember when I can run a cycle again though... 1-2 weeks? I will be on bridge/ursobolic/need2slin/hghpro for now. One thing to mention about bridge. When I started it I noticed my dreams were vivid as hell! Just like when I run my HGH patches from AgeForce. I think it really boosts HGH, or whatever makes you sleep deeply (I think its from the mucana). Love it. definitely using it all the time I am off now. Good thing I have 2 bottles in storage.
 
just mixed beast mode with hemavol lol. It was good. But still could taste that... junk flavor through it. Made it taste better, but I think I will just do it separately as Hemavol taste AMAZING.
 
So had my first workout on S4 today. Took my preworkout which was beastmode mixed with Hemavol. It tasted okay... hemavol, for all those who haven't tried it, tastes AMAZING. Mixing it with Beastmode kinda made it taste normal with a stinging after taste.
Here was the workout. Don't be too surprised at the volume as I have run a similar cycle with this much volume before.

Every rep was done at 2s neg and 1s positive... this was by far the most insane workout ever... I will be lowering the volume a tad bit. But I am doing a UD2 modification. MWF, refeed on friday and sat. Sunday is back to dieting down. Basically friday post workout will be around 200g carbs, saturday will be around 200 as well. This should keep me from looking to bloated. During the week I will use around 100g carbs on the workout days, in the form of white rice post workout. I have read research on both sides of the GDA argument that GDAs BLOCK glycogen uptake by blocking the digestion of carbs in the intestines and thus the body just doesn't use them. AND the other where it turns on Glut4 cells in the muscles. Either way I am pretty sure Need2Slin addresses BOTH in preventing over flow by limiting carb digestion AND turning on glut4.
 
I like seeing you doing HST. It makes my lifts look like they have a chance lol.
 
Today I did the workout I did on monday but took out bench press (My chest is probably my best body part and I dont want to do TOO much pushing movements so I can save my elbow) and upped the weight on all lifts by 10lbs. Was rough but got through it. I also did half in the AM and the other half in the PM. just so I wouldnt be working out for such a long time. And I started work later today lol.

Today I dropped the erase pro and noticed I am still pretty dry. WOke up today at like 92.6kgs. Had a carb meal at work.. had to. We had a department lunch and I ate eel with rice... and the rice was covered with some sweet soy sauce... Sadly I have no choice but to eat most of it. I also brought two chicken breasts and broccoli and onions stir fry to eat with it as it was my fast break meal. Post workout I had a breast and a steak along with some rice (Around 80g worth). I was going to do 120g but I really dont know how much I ate at lunch so I figured I would play it safe. Still looking lean after this so I dont think I spilled over yet. Just a BCAA shake with my night time stack of TT33, HGHpro, Melatonin Patch, and some Need2slin.

haha... these workouts make me feel so weak.... I miss bent over rows of 300+ Im getting a trainer though to help me with diet/training. As.... my progress so far has been rather sad IMHO.
