Some days you just gotta take the good with the bad. My ex gave me the Turkey for Father's Day, and I don't really like her, doesn't mean I'm not drinking it though.

I must have read that wrong before, I thought you were going to eat some wild turkey. Wild Turkey is good in my books! It does what it's supposed to do. Happy Father's day!
 
Not at all, it’s got such a long half life, after eating over 250 caps in one day just to keep getting sicker and sicker, (they were either Kava or crushed leaves and dirt in a capsule bc they were 0% Kratom)took me until yesterday to shake all the withdrawals) Looking at it honestly and with a little math, it will take me 5-6 months if I want to do it with very little to no discomfort or interruption of my life.. But that’s going to take a lot of discipline and I need to monitor my dose for a few days and start a taper protocol of a gram or 2 a day.

Hands down, no contest at all, eating for the size I’m shooting for, is the hardest thing I’ve ever done pursuing a bodybuilding goal in 22 years. I’ve got a TSH level of 1.1 which is 0.4 away from being hyperthyroidism. And my Kratom use has slowed down my digestion and bowels and also causes nausea that I am forced to ignore to eat.(obviously I’m to blame for this)

Yesterday was a bad day as I didn’t make target calories:

2 pieces fried spicy chicken/Mac and cheese/protein bar
French dip sand which/potato chips/protein bar
1lb rice/2 cans tuna/protein bar
70 gram protein shake 2 ginger beers
20 oz 2% greek yogurt half box pumpkin seed granola
4 granola bars
2 Greek chicken breast with Greek yogurt taziki w 3 cups pasta
LF peanut butter
I feel like I was 1000 cals short or so

You should start doing calorie dense shakes, like a homemade mass gainer. Ibogaine Might be something to look into to kick kratom.

A couple of these, 2 pulls and I’m out of my mind. It’s nuts.
I used to smoke all day every day and be fully functional. Ever since i quit the first time though i can't do it. One hit is my max. Ive tried smoking daily to get my tolerance back up so i can actually smoke and function again. Literally cant do it. I smoke at all and im done for the day

How is the weight coming?

I got enough calories in yesterday somehow barely. Mostly just 350 grams of protein. Not Even close yet today. We moved everything to our new house the last two days.. with just me and my tiny 5’1 gf; so I’m destroyed and have been pounding powerades I sweat a lot too. We’ll see once I get hydrated and pound some food this evening/

Well the Cavs and Indians have been good, but the Browns what can I say...1 win and 31 losses in 2 years! If you really want a laugh I became a season ticket holder the year before last when it really got ugly! Been to 16 home games in 2 years and have only seen 1 win lol !

I think y'all got a good team this year. Not playoffs but alot better than years past. I'm a lifelong Saints Fan all the way through the 80's with the Dome Patrol(Originally from about 1hr 45mins SW of New Orleans). So I know your suffering. I cried when they beat Minny and went to the Superbowl. And when they won I almost lost it. People where looking at me like I was crazy. And since I been up here in Detroit I have been a Tigers fan. So I have seen a WS team, and this years team. I have been a Boston fan in Basketball because I always thought I was gonna be the next Larry Bird. And I followed any team Wayne Gretsky was on in hockey. But recently started following the Knights cause the owner is former military like myself.

I miss those days. Wish I was back in those temps. But, the wife's MS can't handle it. Took her home once in July and that was it for her. She said why does your dad have ceiling fans on the porch? The next morning, while having coffee, and a cigarette, she found out why we did. It was 8 am 88 degrees and 110% humidity. Lol

3 days of moving and somehow I’m holding on to 230lbs . Probably a lot of water despite Letro at 1.25 ed and Ralox at 35 ed.
God has been good to me this year. This place I just moved into is just incredible. I feel like I’m rich living here. Anyways back to the gym and eating a shytload of calories tomorrow. Hope everyone had a great Labor Day.

Ya, pretty much. I’m giving myself 16 weeks minimum and if I need to take longer, I’ll just cruise and maintain weight or lose it slowly until a later NPC comp comes up that I can do. It’s Masters 35+ in Mesa,Arizona, so I’m not facing too tough of competition. Just want to have enough muscle to look good for my height. As tough as it’s been with the first 10lbs, I’ll probably lose weight fast if I don’t do it in small increments.

16 weeks is a good amount of time just don't crash diet. I do 20 becausr I hate to play catch up. I like to be around 10% body fat at 12 weeks out

Awesome bro. There’s a good chance I’ll be competing without a trainer. But as I said, Men’s Physique for 35+ it’s not like I’m competing against 280lb guys at 4%. And I don’t care if I’m too big or too lean. Just want to look awesome up there for a 40 year old. I’ll definitely be starting a thread in the comp section and will tag you and a few other like Fueled. I have a bit of knowledge from years of reading about contest prep, but I’ll need all the help I can get from experienced guys for sure...
 
Day 10:
Hovering around 230. Being able to eat more and more as I gain weight will take 2 things:’
- I’m tracking my Kratom use and reducing dose daily starting today, half of my issues with eating are because of the nausea excessive amounts causes.
- Pushed Lantus dose to 25iu’s today to drive a little more hunger.

Still taking 50mg Dbol, 150npp eod, Test E 250/week, Lantus 5x week, Letro/Ralox, low dose prami and cialis.
**** I’m tired from moving all weekend...
 
Have you considered adding digestive enzymes into the mix? It may help your body to better utilize the mass of food it is receiving, as well as stimulate hunger.

I have and I just bought some green superfood that had some in it, and Greek yogurt has been a godsend. Any you’d recommend, because I need all the help I can get...

It's been years since I used them but back in the day I used NOW Super Enzymes and another one that I can't remember. It helped to eliminate gas and bloating from protein shakes and certain meals. I did notice quicker digestion as well. A lot of protein powders include these enzymes to help with digestion.

I just did a quick search and Invalid Link Removed looks good. It's a full-spectrum enzyme that should cover all the bases.

I've used straight bromelain before as well and that seemed to do the job.

Glad you are beginning the process of slowly lowering the kratom. It doesn’t need to be painful, it just needs to be progressive!

Keep me accountable friend. I’ve got an expensive new house and kids to care for, and my selfish ass is spending 4-500 a month on Kratom. I could have tapered off already if I had the nerve to face it like a man. So I woke up this morning and said it’s time to ****ing do it.
 
Wow, 4-500a month? Stuff must be good... I’m intrigued but don’t need that kinda habit.

I’ll never get around to ordering online so I just use smoke shop garbage.. One place has decent stuff, sells it in bulk. and I tend to go through about a kilo or two a month. That’s about four thousand capsules btw. In 30 days.
