Not at all, it’s got such a long half life, after eating over 250 caps in one day just to keep getting sicker and sicker, (they were either Kava or crushed leaves and dirt in a capsule bc they were 0% Kratom)took me until yesterday to shake all the withdrawals) Looking at it honestly and with a little math, it will take me 5-6 months if I want to do it with very little to no discomfort or interruption of my life.. But that’s going to take a lot of discipline and I need to monitor my dose for a few days and start a taper protocol of a gram or 2 a day.
Hands down, no contest at all, eating for the size I’m shooting for, is the hardest thing I’ve ever done pursuing a bodybuilding goal in 22 years. I’ve got a TSH level of 1.1 which is 0.4 away from being hyperthyroidism. And my Kratom use has slowed down my digestion and bowels and also causes nausea that I am forced to ignore to eat.(obviously I’m to blame for this)
Yesterday was a bad day as I didn’t make target calories:
2 pieces fried spicy chicken/Mac and cheese/protein bar
French dip sand which/potato chips/protein bar
1lb rice/2 cans tuna/protein bar
70 gram protein shake 2 ginger beers
20 oz 2% greek yogurt half box pumpkin seed granola
4 granola bars
2 Greek chicken breast with Greek yogurt taziki w 3 cups pasta
LF peanut butter
I feel like I was 1000 cals short or so
