Mass FX, Lean FX, and APCT LOG!

Hello everyone, I just finished my very first 30 day cycle of PH, and even though i didn't get the results i expected, I'm still staying on the safe route and running a proper PCT. My PCT will start tomorrow March 02, 2009 and it will consist on 3 high quality AX products:

Advanced PCT - 6-bromo for recovery and Test boosting
Mass FX - Natural testosterone booster
Lean FX - Cortisol blocker
{I will be using all my Pre-Cycle Supps throughout my PCT}

Mass FX 2 in the morning, 2 pre-workout or mid afternoon
aPCT 1 cap in the morning, 1 mid afternoon, 1 before bed
Lean FX 1 in the morning, 1 postworkout,or mid afternoon and 1 in the evening

Mass FX - 4/4/4/4/0
aPCT ---- 3/3/3/3/0
Lean FX - 0/3/3/3/3

I'm hoping this is the right forum to post a log, and if it's not please direct me to the right one. Please comment or ask questions, as it gives me a morale boost when people show interest, Thanks.

Looks like an excellent PCT stack, you sshould get the results you're looking for. May I ask what prohormone you tried out?

Sure man, i did a 28 day cycle of Hemogen 50 which is a clone of Halodrol 50, I loged it on the review/log forum, but i didn't really experience the gains i expected, so i'm hoping i can put on some mass with this stack.
 
DAY 1

Day 1 was great, i felt a good pump and i hit the weights like crazy, i worked my back and biceps, i still haven't lost the strenght gains i made during my PH cycle, and the excitement of trying a new stack is giving me extra energy on my workouts. I will post my weight and bf% tomorrow.

Since it was my very first PH cycle i wanted to stay in the safe side mainly to see how my body would react to it, so i dosed it at 50mg/day for 28 days, i cut it short because i wasn't seeing any results and really wanted to start my PCT already.
 
DAY 2

Sorry about not posting yesterday, i had a rough day, i got home and a plumbing pipe was busted, i went to sleep at 3am and didn't get a chance to workout, now i have no water at home, so i'll have to stop at the store and buy some parts to fix it tonight to get the water running again, so i probably won't be able to workout again tonight.

Weight was at 157.4 and bf was at 11.5%.
 
Not bad man. We all have days like that, just hit it hard tomorrow!

Anyway I just got some LeanFX to add to my PCT for a cortisol suppressant. How do you like it so far?

What's up Jsheely, I'm glad you're still around, i didn't have any problems with my kidneys altough my urine did get a little foamy from time to time. Your problem may also be from the dosage being a little higher but then again, i wouldn't really know because i stayed at 50mg. I haven't started the Lean FX yet, I'm going to start taking it on week 2 of my PCT, Everyone seems to agree that cortisol pokes it's head out around 2 weeks into PCT, but I'm starting it one week earlier, I'll definetely post how it's working. The Mass FX and aPCT is working pretty good i think, I do feel very focus and push my self a lot harder and my body seems to be keeping up. I also heard it takes a few days for these products to kick in.
 
DAY 3

Libido is coming back, I'm getting back to my old self, which i like, also i am feeling very lethargic at around 5pm everyday. I do have a lot more energy throughout the day and during workouts. Morale is high even though i haven't been able to workout much.
 
get some taurine in your system... at least 6 gms for 160lb guy.. little more for heavier guys... that should help alot

Are you experiencing tightness in your lower back? 17a-methyl-4-chloro-androstra-1,4-dienedione should be a fairly dry compound, however back pumps can often occur with 17a-alkylated compounds.

As Fjet was alluding to in his post, these so-called "back pumps" are often related to blood pressure in the kidneys, due to electrolytic imbalances. Taking a good helping of taurine and potassium can help allieviate this.
 
DAY 4

Day 4 was really good, i worked my chest, triceps, biceps, and back, to catch up a little from the workouts i missed. Strenght is still high from the PH, and i still have lots of energy to push a few more reps on each set. All is going well so far.

Lethargic? I take my stimx during the afternoon and it doesnt seem to affect my sleep. Get a sample pack and try it out, worst case 1 nights sleep isnt good, best case you have a new way not to crash at 5!

Don't you love the feeling of coming back to normal after a cycle... when the boys come back thats a great feeling for sure, and aPCT definitely brings it back quickly

I had bloodwork and urine tested to see what was going on and everything was normal, just a little elevated liver enzymes. I guess I'm just retaining water. Sorry for hijacking your tread a little man, but thanks for doing this PCT thread because I think I'll be using all the same products.
 
Great looking log so far man! As Justin eluded to, taking a Slim X in the morning would be good. You would have energy all day. Why not get a sample pack and try it? They are free.

Day 5 was a little weird on the weight part. I woke up weighting at 158.8, and body fat caliper was at 10.3, and by the afternoon, weight droped to 158.2 and bodyfat stayed the same. So i don't know what to say about that.
 
eh, it's water weight and or measurement fluctuations. A few 1/10th's of a pound isn't particularly significant: it's a 0.38% difference.

As thesinner already said, its probably water weight, plus bodyfat measurements aren't all that accurate anyways

Today is saturday and i never workout on saturdays, I'ts my family day. I'm sure i will feel the difference tomorrow when i get back to the gym, since i've been keeping my PCT to the letter. I'll post progress tomorrow.

Good stuff man. You can't hit the gym every day; gotta take a day or two off during the week. Plus it's always a good thing to spend time with the family.
 
DAY 7

Today i caught up on my workout, i worked my back and biceps, strenght was a little low, not enough to make a big difference on my sets, but i did have to push harder to finish each set. I'm sure it's because all the missed days last week. Body weight was at 157.4 again. Tomorrow i start my lean fx, i will take my first pill as soon as i wake up before my protein shake. Everything is going well so far, and my mood is a lot better too, i'm always calmed and not as irritated anymore.
 
DAY 8

I started my Lean FX today, i took one as soon as i woke up, one around 3, and the last one around 9 pm. I usually take all AX products at the same time except for the Mass FX which i take only twice a day. Pump was pretty good today, I worked on my chest, triceps and shoulders today. Vascularity is getting pretty noticeable, my vains pop out like crazy when i lift. Even though strenght did go down a little, it's still higher than before i started my PH cycle.

Weight is 157.4, bodyfat is 11.4%.

I do need to catch up on some sleep though, i usually go to sleep at around 2am, and wake up at 9am which i know is bad. but i work from 10 to 9, that's all day long, and i workout as soon as i get home and then spend time with the family from 11-1am.
 
That's a hard-knock life, bro. I'm gonna keep you in my prayers, that you might find some new opportunity soon. 11 hour shifts is no way to live your life; of course, in today's economy, we're lucky to so much as have jobs.
 
That's a long work day man. Props to you for even making it to the gym. I'm still in college and I have a bad habit of skipping class to work out or sleep (to give me energy to work out). I better break it if I want to hold a job soon.

Dude i give you credit for hittin the gym after that long day. If i wasnt in school and was working long hours i would find it very hard to make it to the gym most days haha
 
DAY 9

Day 9 started pretty good, energy was high. Today i worked on my lowerbody and lower back. I didn't have the chance to work them out for the last 2 weeks, so i hit it at a medium volume(I really hate DOMS). I finish the workout sweaty as hell, worse than the other days.

I saw my first stretch marks in months today, It's looking like AX is doing it's job, and a better one than my actual cycle. I'm also starting to get real hungry throughout the day, so i know is time to raise my calorie intake. I'm experiencing very good results right now, i sure hope they keep coming. So far, I'm loving this stuff.
 
I'm not gonna lie man, I freaking love this stack. Post cycle or standalone, it makes like a postal employee and kills people with a sawed off shotgun.....er....I mean.... delivers!
 
Hey I've just been doing some research and came across a lot of threads about spacing out h-drol from liver support supps. I can't seem to get a straight answer from anyone about this though. I've been taking my cycle support with h-drol since I started my cycle. cplgonzo, did you space out the two or does anyone else have any info on this? I'm wondering if that interfered with your gains at all and is hurting mine now.

I wasn't sure if it was true or not, so just as a precaution i took my PH 2 hours after my second liver support pill. Never noticed any discomfort so i guess it did alright.
 
DAY 10

This morning weight was at 158.8, but it's been between that and 157.4, so i'm not going to get too excited about it, unless it keeps moving up. I had to make today a rest day, i had to caught up on some house chores and spend some time with my daughter, but i'm working out on friday to catch up on my week.

Energy is high, Hunger is through the roof, I'm eating almost twice as much throughout the day, but i am also starting to notice some acne on my arms, back, and shoulders, hopefully it won't get worse.
 
DAY 11

Today was a great day! weight started at 159.6, bf was still 11.5%. I've been eating like a horse and libido is crazy high, although i still get a little sleepier around 5pm, but i really don't want to add more pills in my day, so i'll just put up with it. Pump is nuts too, i've been destroying my self at the gym and pushing higher reps in my sets. Those are all signs of higher testosterone levels, which is nice but is also coming with common sides like acne, wich sucks. I got my first zit on my forhead and i'm really hoping it'll be the last one on my face. Other than that, THIS STACK IS GREAT!!
 
DAY 12-13

I had to keep both these days as rest days as usual, i had a lot of work to do throughout the house. Weight is at 160.2 and bf is still at a awesome 11.5%.

Another thing i can't stand is gas, it's horrible, lol, but it's worth it seeing the gains i'm experiencing. Overall, everything is going well.
 
I have a question, hopefully you guys can help me out on this one.

I'm thinking on adding creatine to my stack, i'll be drinking it through my workout. It's SizeOn by Gaspari, It's worked pretty good in the past, but i wonder if it'll help on the gains i'm making now, or will it even make a difference? should i wait and run it in a different stack?

Help is much apreciated!
 
DAY 14

I didn't get a chance to check my weight this morning but i'll post it tomorrow. I worked on my chest and triceps today, i think i'm a quick responder to creatine because my arms were swollen and hard on my first workout. Strenght is increasing again and stamina is higher also. i'm going to keep bulking for a little while and try to keep bodyfat low, but i know is hard doing it without the PH.
 
I wouldn't worry too much about checking your weight every day. During the course of a day, my weight has the tendency to fluctuate an entire 10lbs. Once a week should more than suffice.

Yeah my weight fluctuates at least 5lbs throughout the day. I think it's most consistent if you just weigh yourself every morning when you get up, before drinking or eating anything.
