Mass FX, Lean FX, and APCT LOG!

DAY 15

Today was a very slow day at work, in a way it helps on keeping my diet in check and gives me time to eat. Since i weighted my self this morning i figure i post it anyway. On day 15 of my PCT my weight is at 160.6 and bodyfat is staying at 11.5. I'm still getting acne but what the hell, can't experience gains without sometimes getting side efffects. I'm very happy with this stack, and will probably look into trying some of the stronger stuff AX sells in the future.

I've went from 157.4 to 160.6 in 15 days, I think it's clean weight because my bf % hasn't moved, and gains are coming in slow. To me definetely, quality is better than quantity.

I'll post my weight and bf again next week. Thanks for all your support and motivation throughout these days guys, it really helps on pushing one's self to try harder.
 
DAY 16

Day 16 was a leg and lower body day, I was a little busy at work today but i did manage to keep my diet on time. Workout wasn't long but it was pretty intense. Everything is going well so far.

DAY 17

Day 17 was busy which made me get to the gym at around midnight, so i only had time to work on my chest, but i worked it hard enough to fail on most sets. I didn't check my weight but i did check my bf% and it is still at 11.5, which is great.

Yeah, you guys are right, testosterone is through the roof, I'm horny as hell all the time and sometimes i feel irritable, but it's easy to control. Thanks for your comments, i'll keep you all posted as usual.

The mass fx MS will do that to you! a-PCT also does that to me too. Keep it up man, log is looking good!
 
DAY 18

For day 18 i trained my biceps and triceps only, workedout for about an hour until my arms fell swollen enough to where i couldn't bend my arms in to flex them without feeling like my skin was going to tear. Awesome pump and stamina throughout my workouts.

Im starting to buy all my support supps and researching on what to use for PCT on my next cycle, which im thinking on going with AX Superdrol. I'm sure i'll be using mainly AX products, but i'm debating on what SERM to use, something that is not too toxic since superdrol is very harsh on the liver, and so is Nolva. I'm thinking on doing this cycle on july or wait until November. I don't want to look bloated when i go to Florida in August, even though i'll be on my PCT by then. Anyways, I'll figure it all out by then.

These days were both rest days, I'm spending time with the family and friends. Well weight was at 161.2 on day 19, and day 20 started at 160.4, so i don't really know, but it may also be waterweight fluctuating. Anyways, i feel energized and in a good mood, everything is going well.

Looks good man! I hope you keep making progress. On a side note I'd like to recommend Arnold Schwarzenegger's New Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding. I just finished reading it; a lot of the information I was already familiar with and I'm sure you are too, but it's just so comprehensive that I'd recommend it to anyone with any interest at all in weight lifting.

Thanks man. i hope so too man, it's been a tough journey but it payed off pretty good. I'll definetely check into that man, everyone learns something new everyday.
 
DAY 21

Day 21 was pretty busy at work, but it went quick, by the time i got home all i wanted to do was go to bed. 2 late nights in a row and a very crappy diet is what i had this weekend. And now i got the flu too. Not so good, but anyway. I'm pushing hard starting monday.
 
DAY 22

Day 22 started slow, i was still very tired in the morning, but by the afternoon i was feeling better and more energized. I started a new workout routine this week, and only worked my back, but i hit it pretty hard. I didn't get my usual 8 meals today, i only got 5 in, this cold is really killing me.
 
DAY 23

Today i worked on my chest, Im doing one muscle part/day and hit in it pretty hard. Diet is back on track and energy is coming back strong. I haven't checked my weight yet, but after this past weekend, i doubt the results are going to be any good. anyway, feeling good.
 
DAY 24

Weight was at 159.6 this morning, so i guess the quick gaining stoped. Acne is gone, and hunger is not always there anymore, so i find myself forcing the food down sometimes. I do feel good, and energized though. Today i worked on my biceps only, I didn't have too much time to workout but i did beat my biceps up today. Looking leaner and bigger.
 
DAY 25

Today i worked on my shoulders and triceps. I am still sore from hitting each body part harder this week, and my shoulder started to hurt again even though i'm taking bone and joint supps., i hope i didn't damage my self too much during my cycle. I think i may be gaining weight again, i'm eating big again and i'm horny as hell too. I think it was the cold that had me down and feeling crapy, but i'm glad im back to normal. 5 days left, i'm kind of glad it's almost over, i'm getting really tired of taking so many pills throughout the day.

I hope your shoulder isn't damaged either. I currently have a posterior labral tear in my right shoulder which means zero bench pressing, over head pressing, and kills any heavy work for tris. I can't do any of that for at least 1 year. Likely 2 years.

However, as with any injury or potential injury, there are always ways to work out around it. I'd steer clear of any movement that causes the slightest amount of pain to your shoulder. Switch things up and start using some different movements. When I've had injuries in the past, that's always worked wonders for me. And sometimes I think it's a blessing in disquise...injuries, or the symptoms thereof, have an odd way of forcing you to do things differently, which ironically results in new muscle growth!

DAY 26-27

These days were both rest days, caught up on some sleep and managed to keep my diet as clean as i could. Still partied a lot though, lol. I'm hoping this new routine helps me out on putting on mass a lot quicker.
 
DAY 28

The first day of my workout week started with my legs and abs. Workout was ok, but i didn't get enough carbs on my diet today, so it wasn't as intense as i wanted it to be.
 
DAY 29

Today i worked my back, i've been having some problems at work and i was pretty stressed out today, so i only did about 3/4 of my workout, but still hit it pretty hard. I will post up final weight and bf% tomorrow. Thanks for all your support and advice guys.

DAY 30

Day 30 was busy busy, i didn't even get to workout, and i think i'm giving my self the rest of this week to rest and let my body recuperate from the heavy beating it took.
 
FINAL REVIEW

At the beginning of my PCT my weight started at 157.4 and my bf was at 11.5%. At the end of my PCT weight went up to 161.0 and bf stayed at 11.5%. That was 3.6 lbs of lean muslce in one month. By the second week i started feeling the effects of the AX stack, libido was coming back fast and strong, I had some minor acne at the start but it eventually disapeared later in the month. Hunger was there for the second week, the third week i caught a mild cold and didn't eat as much as i should have, I think i could've put on more mass if i stayed healthier throughout the PCT, hunger started coming back by the final week. The last days of my PCT i started feeling tired and work is getting really busy, so i decided to give my body a break(which i'm on now).

Mass FX, Lean FX, and A-PCT made for a great stack which gave me better results than the prohormone did. I am looking leaner and the tape measurer says im 1/2" thicker in most places. I will be posting final pictures in the next few days, im pretty busy at work work, but ill get some ASAP. I am very happy with these products, they deliver what they advertise. I will definetely be running another AX stack, but money is tight now days so i may have to wait a while before i start a new stack, but i definetely know is going to be an AX stack again, Im very satisfied with them and i plan on continuing my journey with their help.


Would i run this stack in the future?... Probably, but i think i might try something a little stronger in a few months like the hyperdrol stack, I think my body may react better to natural test boosters than PHs at this moment.
Do i recoment this stack?... Definetely, if your diet is on track and you are commited to your workouts, this stack will pack some serious mass.

I am in the same boat as you are. I respond far better to natural and pro-anabolic type products than I do the PH's on the market. Hyperdrol-X2 and Mass FX is one hell of a wicked stack. Highly recommend that for your next run. 8 weeks is fantastic.

When I run the Hyperdrol/MassFX stack, I notice that I always get a lot thicker and fuller, my muscles look and feel denser, my lean mass and strength both go way up, and I get leaner at the same time. Appetite is crazy from the Hyperdrol-X2. I want to start eating the kitchen cabinets themselves when all the food is gone. Libido stays incredibly high, and my stamina and endurance go through the roof.

Highly recommend it for your next run.

If you haven't tried the Hyperdrol/MassFX stack, it is something I strongly recommend. It is my favorite stack by a long shot.
