Current goals: Bulk to 210 as relatively clean as possible (stay within 1-2% BF)



Training Style: 5-6 days a week, high volume high intensity no real rhyme or reason to anything but I train my body to total exhaustion almost every day have been for past few months and have yet to get burned out not worried about it since nutrition is on point.



Nutrition Style: 3300-3500 calories a day atm, I usually aim for and achieve around 240-250g of protein a day with the rest falling into place.

Will you be able to keep a detailed log (WITH a daily video or image) at least 5 posts per week? yes



Are you able to start ASAP? As soon as you want me too, got nothing on the plate atm.

Great thing about PR-XT is it's versatility. Making it great for a cut or bulk. You'll be very happy with the results.

Please forgive my lack of >search< but have the ingredients been revealed yet, when will this available for sale, will it stack with the latest Nolvadren-XT and are there any price details as of yet? Not looking to log, just purchase.
