Ok, here is my day 2 stats:

First dose-6am/1ml

Second dose-12am/1ml

Third dose-5pm/1ml

Fourth Dose-10pm/1ml

Breakfast-4 whole eggs/1 cup oats/half gallon of water
Snack-3whole eggs/2 wheat tortitas/water
Lunch-1lb of grounf lean beef/1cup brown rice/1 LARGE asian pear/half gallon water
Snack/Pre-workout meal-Two Peanut butter sandwhiches/2 scoops MGN Cake Batter Protein
Dinner/Post workout-Hamburger helper with about 1 lb of lean ground beef/2 whole eggs/carbs were in the helper plus a small bowl of ceral.
Pre-bed-2 scoops MGN Cake Batter Protein/2 caps Need2Sleep

I don't know if its just me or what but I was sweating like a whore in church at the gym today andthe high for the day was only 40!!!!

As usual I start and end all my workouts with streching.

Anyone know if I should stagger my P-bold dose with my multi or is it ok to take them at the same time?

Great update, nice lifts for bench . No need to stagger, shouldNt cause any issues taking them together..

That is a crazy bench for your first cycle. I've been trying to eclipse 300 pounds on my flat bench for awhile now. Haven't hit it yet one of these days i will though. Keep up the awesome log looks like big things are going to come from it.
 
Good lord..... those are some impressive bench numbers. Specially with the volume. You do a pyramid type workout?

No I just do what I can then go a little higher and do as many as I can on that just stay below my know max for awhile then when I think its time I have a week where I just try for 1rm on all of my Big three and do ancillary in between big days.
 
Ok so yesterday and today have been a no-go at the gym as I have been helping a friend move from one second floor apartment to his new second floor apartment across town so no slacking just not in the gym.

My dosing is the same as always and food has been alittle dirtier than I wanted but screw it it my food. I will just add in more cardio and sets to off-set.

Don't worry bout it, I feel ya on the sometimes dirty eating. Just make up for it in other meals.

I think P-Bold is starting to kick in I felt more aggressive yesterday toward everything, not a**holeish just felt myself getting I guess you could call it a Alpha feeling. I normally have this as I am confident in myself in most situations but I was feeling this alot more yesterday.
 
Lol, ask my wife!! Haha, I stay w/ nasty gas!! Must be too much protein for me. I don't think this has changed mine. Also, I haven't noticed any mood changes yet, or irritability issues, but I'm a pretty laid back cat..

Close Grip Hands facing in pull-ups
4sets of body weight x 10do these slow up and down and really squeeze at the top.

Hammer Curls:
65lbsx10
70x8
75x8

Concentration Curls:
3sets 35lbsx10 really slow and squeeze at the top.

TRIS:

Rope Pull Downs:
1set 120lbsx10
1set 130lbsx10
1set 135lbsx10
1set 140lbsx6*DAMMIT*

Skull Crushers:
3sets 135lbsx10 slow

Dips:
3sets Body weight+135lbsx as many as I could do with good form.

Close Hand Push-ups:
3sets to failure.

I ended it all as I began it with good long stretching.

Still dosing 4xED at 1ml a dose.

How long do you stretch for before and after your workouts? I am trying to incorporate more stretching into my routine it is something I have lacked over the years. Assuming you only stretch the muscle group you worked out? And damn awesome strength again especially with those dips.
Before I lift I stretch till I feel warmed up and feel the blood moving in. After a spend about 8-10 mins to stretch what I worked and anything that feels tight as well. Stretching has helped me recover faster and get better lift numbers since I have really strengthened my joints and ligaments.

Hmm nice thoughts on the stretching i've tried to incorporate it into my lifting more but i'm usually to wired and ready to lift i don't go as long as i'd like stretching.
 
I definetly stretch...can't afford to hurt myself
 
At my age stretching is mandatory. I hit each muscle after working it.
 
Yeah since I started doing some stretching after my workouts it deff has reduced the next day soreness in those muscle areas but it is something I dont always remember to do as much as I should
 
It will definitely help with longevity in weight training.

Seriously. I want to get my bench up so Im going to start going heavy close grip bench. Build these tri's up a bit!!! Heavy skullcrushers have been killing my elbows as of late
