Well both 1-andro and 1-alpha are a bit slower showing results as compared to some of the harsher compounds on the market. So until about the second week weight gain isn't going to be over the top.

I would increase calories another 500 and keep going strong. If you gained 5 in the first two weeks I wouldn't be shocked if you put on another five instead of stalling out like you might on other ph's.

The beautiful thing is with the right pct, training and diet you will surely keep most of the gains after cycle.

Big strength increase is a sure sign, so it's easy to tell when you fully kicked in, I think day 15-18 for most and you are really rocking in the gym.

I dread leg day also, just because of squats. They are so uncomfortable for me, due to my hip surgeries.
But I do them because there is no doubt that they are doing great things for my body.

Oh man....I wished I could do my legs like I used to do....it's always hard, never light or easy...but the feeling of total exhaustion, nausia, pump...and knowing that you train them and a lot of guys don't, makes it worth it.

Easiest way to become disproportionate and unbalanced is to neglect legs. A house on stilts is much more likely to crumble than a house on a sturdy foundation. Keep pushing brochocinco.

nobody likes to do them because they are HARD! lol
and keep in mind: legs are typically the first thing to go, on us men, as we get older
legwork=mandatory, no debate
 
any tips for better sleep? i have troubles sleeping in, usually about 6 hrs. wanting 8-10 hrs i guess. but idk where to start

Have you ever tried our FINAFLEX G8?

Half a scoop gives most users a deep and long sleep. 5 days on, 2 days off would be a good protocol....

I mean there a lot of sleep aids, the most common (and imo one of the most overrated and misunderstood ones in existence) is melatonin
but for extended sleep such as you are looking for, and deep restful recovering zzz'z, G8 is the one
 
I tool a full scoop of G8 the first time and had only 6 hours to sleep, i slept for 8 and was late as sh!t to work.
Take the advice above and work up from 1/2.
G8 is one of the best sleep aids out, without a script.
 
hmm damn. no extra $$ yes im up early w/ 6 hrs sleep..

Save up a little cash. The tub says 20 servings but I only use half a scoop (any more then that and I won't wake up :p ) so is more like 40. Add in the 5 on 2 off and its about two months worth.
