PunjabiMunde for me is a great motivation here. I was 238lbs in November, and I could'nt really care if I loss mass/muscle or something else. Since I broke my ACL 4 years ago, I used to play soccer for my Univ weighing 153lbs and being a winger/forward that was just about right. My injury pushed me into major depression and after reconstruction surgery I had a relapse. I hit major depression and the economic turmoil worsened things.
However this November, my Dad was diagnosed with Diabetes which scared me, considering I will be 30 next year.
Since then I have cycled on and off a lot of products using Rosie's blog mostly.
1. Oxy and Alpha T2 and Lean Xtreme . Oxy gave me Stim D so I went off that , the missus was pleased

2. Shred Matrix after reading Rosie's blog about its benefits instead of Oxy there after.
3. Reduce XT and Man Scorch
I have kept a steady intake of fish-oils and Saw Palmetto as well as Milk Thistle to avoid getting issues as well.
I ran 5 miles a day 4 days a week since January, I fly 135k miles every year on an average all domestic, last year I flew 165 actually, and am on the road 5/6 days a week. Controlled diet means getting an Oatmeal from Starbucks, a JambaJuice /Smoothie king shake for lunch and a relatively heavy dinner mainly because I eat when I am stressed/upset.
I had hit a great peak of 158 lbs at one point and now have plateaued big time, and added a bit of a muscle at 168lbs at the time of writing this post.
Waist size in November : 42
Waist size in May : 30
I may not have really been the hulky builder that everyone aspires to be, but just thought I would share it here.
