Major body composition changes and the 1 supp that helped the most! (Pics!)

watch the foods that you try to mix.
make sure not too much salt at one time - the shiiiiiiiiiiits is the big problem with a salt-water irrigation, of course!
dont drink a half-hour before and two hours after eating - i know, difficult, but gets you to eat your raw veggies too!
maybe easiest of all, add a good enzyme supplement,
and make sure to eat fermented foods as much as possible.

kim chi in its assorted forms, but especially baek (white) kim chi, REAL yogurt (not sugary nastiness), kefir, fermented soy in its various forms ( i really like korean doen jang Invalid Link Removed) (now, tofu is terrible unhealthy garbage, but fermented soy is a different story... not too much, but the stuff is awfully good for you and tastes, well, i really like it in a traditional korean veggie stew called chigae...), ummm..... stuff like that i guess.

yeah, and stuff like this reminds me why i don't spend much time on this forum, anymore.
it only sounds broscience to you because you have no idea what science is...
so, anything that doesn't end with acesulfame potassium must be fattening,
and anything that isn't american must be half-****ed idiocy.
oh yeah, and then there's dropping deuces in the urinal.
thoughtful.

you provided absolutely no scientific backup for any of your statements. You dont visit because I disagreed with your OPINION? Dont let the door hit you...

So far....so good i guess. Admittedly, i feel like there's somewhat of a disconnect between what I see & what the camera sees, but then again, maybe I'm just expecting too much.

I'm currently giving OEP a shot, I've never been able to cut in those last couple abs - hopefully I'll get to see all of them before summer's over -

Here are my pics from my cut last year. I started at 205 and 17% bodyfat. I ended up at 183 and 10% in these pics. I have since then bulked to 225 and have now started cutting. My goal is to land at 205 with 8% body fat, I am currently 212 at 12%. I love the idea of this thread because it lets us show off what we have all worked to hard to achieve. I have also suffered from Crohn's disease and started my body bulding journey at 22 weighing 115 pounds. If you know about Crohn's, it is about the worst disease to have regarding bodybuilding. I am now 34 and have been lifting for 12 plus years. It helps me cope with my disease. Congratulations to all of you and continue to chase your goals whatever they may be. Here are some pics from my cut last year. They were taken over three consecutive days. Sorry I don't have any before pics.

Welcome to AM! And good progress bro!

PunjabiMunde for me is a great motivation here. I was 238lbs in November, and I could'nt really care if I loss mass/muscle or something else. Since I broke my ACL 4 years ago, I used to play soccer for my Univ weighing 153lbs and being a winger/forward that was just about right. My injury pushed me into major depression and after reconstruction surgery I had a relapse. I hit major depression and the economic turmoil worsened things.

However this November, my Dad was diagnosed with Diabetes which scared me, considering I will be 30 next year.

Since then I have cycled on and off a lot of products using Rosie's blog mostly.

1. Oxy and Alpha T2 and Lean Xtreme . Oxy gave me Stim D so I went off that , the missus was pleased :)
2. Shred Matrix after reading Rosie's blog about its benefits instead of Oxy there after.
3. Reduce XT and Man Scorch

I have kept a steady intake of fish-oils and Saw Palmetto as well as Milk Thistle to avoid getting issues as well.

I ran 5 miles a day 4 days a week since January, I fly 135k miles every year on an average all domestic, last year I flew 165 actually, and am on the road 5/6 days a week. Controlled diet means getting an Oatmeal from Starbucks, a JambaJuice /Smoothie king shake for lunch and a relatively heavy dinner mainly because I eat when I am stressed/upset.

I had hit a great peak of 158 lbs at one point and now have plateaued big time, and added a bit of a muscle at 168lbs at the time of writing this post.

Waist size in November : 42

Waist size in May : 30

I may not have really been the hulky builder that everyone aspires to be, but just thought I would share it here.

Thanks for the warm welcome. I am glad to be here. If you ever have any questions about supplements or lifting I am always willing to help anyone because so many great people have helped me during my journey. I don't by any means know it all but I have learned allot over my 15 years of lifting.
