Want to go on a pro hormone cycle and was wonder if the post cycle therapy will maintain all if my gains because I only want to cycle 1 time
Gains are very very very hard to maintain. If they were easy, everyone in this section would be 300 pound monsters.
SOmeone might weigh the same after PCT, but guarantee they have added fat and lost muscle. Then in the following months they slowly lose the rest of their gains (I would say this happens 75% of the time). Don't be fooled, gains from anabolics are very very hard to maintain. After a handful of cycles I went natty for a while and was only able to maintain 10 lbs. And this is after many cycles. And I have kept track of every macro and workout for years and years. So when you see people putting on 20 lbs during a cycle, that is not maintainable.
If I were to only run one cycle ever, this is what I would do. Bulk all out. Then in PCT, continue to bulk. You are going to get fat, but if you want to maintain as much as possible this is what you are going to have to do to try to hold as much muscle as possible. And don't cut for 2-3 months after PCT. If you cut after PCT you will lose your gains. So 3 months after PCT cut for a while and see what is left of your gaincycling TE]
Wow , **** this makes ke see everything on a whole other level. I dont plan on cycling often or actually much at all... As you know im going to be on halo then see where im at then if im not happy enough i would do a simple anavar cycle... I thought that if i did a few light cycles i could get big and maintain most of the gains while being lean year round on a good diet.... Idk whst to do with my life now hahahaha ... Everything that i do will wither away into nothing if i dont keep cycling then...
