165x5 this is hard to do for me,as I said I'm just working with a regular bench,so I have to break it and start at shoulder level,which can be hard on my wrist when weight gets higher.if I had the right equipment I feel I could go harder and heavier.

Traps were pumped to the extreme today,so were delts.
Some things to note since starting Formeron and Prolactrone.I have been sleeping amazing,have actually overslept some which just does not happen for me.Vascularity has been crazy past few days.Been in a better overall mood,aggression not as intense.Also libido is making a nice bounce back,not fully but big change for sure.I am not feeling bloated after some of my huge meals as I would a lot of times.
