just got on the scale.183 booyah.so thats 8 pounds since i started and as you all saw from the pic i put today im staying somewhat lean!this has been a good cycle so far,seems we or i at least always want more,but thats part of it.im already happy with my progress on this cycle and cant wait to see where im at after next few weeks.now time for a bad azz meal-alice springs chicken with a ton of sides

165x5 this is hard to do for me,as I said I'm just working with a regular bench,so I have to break it and start at shoulder level,which can be hard on my wrist when weight gets higher.if I had the right equipment I feel I could go harder and heavier.

Db shrugs:
120x15 for 4 sets

Db military press:
60x10
70x9
70x7
60x8

Side db lat raises:
35x8 for 4 sets. Really starting to see my lats jump out,and can feel them real good when working lately.

Seatbelts:
70x12 for 4 sets

Bb shrugs:

Traps were pumped to the extreme today,so were delts.

Some things to note since starting Formeron and Prolactrone.I have been sleeping amazing,have actually overslept some which just does not happen for me.Vascularity has been crazy past few days.Been in a better overall mood,aggression not as intense.Also libido is making a nice bounce back,not fully but big change for sure.I am not feeling bloated after some of my huge meals as I would a lot of times.

Thanks,that's why I'm so pumped.Never made such gains without noticeably holding some water and or fat!cant wait to see where a nice cut will take me when it's time!

Had some slight itchiness in nips last night and this morning,no lumps.?not hurting,just a bit itchy :(

Holy sh** I killed it today.Legs is not a day I usually get to pumped about,but todayi was on fire.So alpha feeling,I felt and looked like I was on.Really in the zone today!

Skipped lunges today,legs are tore up.

My legs have exploded in growth on this cycle,I have already had to go buy new jeans,and I am having veins show up in legs I've never had before!

Ok,so something I've been noticing but wanted to wait to make sure before I posted.For the last few days,a little while after applying my formeron I am getting a warm sensation in my balls!literally feels like they are lying on a heating pad,and it seems to be most noticeable after the dose I put on after my shower!just thought I'd share this as I've never felt this before.

I am hitting my goal of doing a bit better each workout on each lift!straight beasting it lately.mirror is starting to look good too!

I have been sleeping so amazing lately!Libido is back enough to get it with the wife multiple times daily.Im truly starting to look as I'm leaning out even on this cycle more then I was!No bloat to note!overall good feeling and mood all day!vascularity is crazy,I'm loving these products already!
 
One thing,nips have been a little sensitive and itchy past few days.no lumps and don't hurt.Just irritable!

Thanks bro,vascularity is crazy lately.I have stayed pretty lean,I usually don't hold to much but this far into a cycle I always start to bloat a little.Not happening now,this is for sure holding down the bloating.Sleep has been amazing also!

It is rough holding those Side laterals. I usually do DC training. SO....fast up slow down with a rest pause.
RP meaning you go to fail re rack the weight and go again till fail after 15 sec. Just destroys the shoulders..in a good way.

I am still hitting my goal of making each workout better whether it be more weight,or 1 more rep,I'm doing it in someway daily.im sad my cycle has to end,have made amazing gains on it size and strength.Will be making a couple videos just for talk and fun of main compound lifts within next week around end of cycle.

Ok,some updates on effects m feeling.I am sleeping like a baby,so refreshed when waking even on little sleep.Feeling very good in a better overall mood all day and anger seems not to be as bad.Having no estrogen related sides at all,no bloating,I swear I'm leaning out even on cycle.And my strength has exploded in the past week,yes I'm on cycle,but I had to lower my compound dose as sides got bad.I also felt I had kinda just leveled out on strength,but this week my lifts have been crazy as you can track in my log.I know Formeron is having an effect on my strength.I am not having the joint issues some may experience.My itchy nips have went away 100% :) I am vascular as hell,and my libido has made an amazing bounce back.So I can say I am having some very good results with this run.

I am still using 3 caps and 3 pumps a day.Formeron leaves a kinda sparkly glitter look on skin,wife always ask about it!smells amazing.Only thing is I wish there were more to the Formeron,I'm having to go into 2nd bottle already!i am not laying on the pump heavy at all either.Overall I'm very happy with these products already.
