Got some legs and back work today.I am at 3 caps a day now,yesterday was the first day I actually could tell I am on something.Yeah I've had some great workouts and very slight changes in physique even,but we all know I didn't explode in a week.lol.anyways,can see and feel some things goin on with body,not bad.Painted the old gym last night.Today is my 6 year anniversary.So Im gonna go extra hard to give the wife the body she deserves me to have :)

Good workout today,starting to get the feeling I'm on something,lol.I wish I could say I'm on 100%.Man being patient sucks,but it comes in due time.I love watching a log and literally being able to tell when someone really takes off on a cycle just by the way they are posting!All is good so far,blood pressure is good,no headaches,urine is clear as water!cycle assist is really doing a good job for me!back pumps are there but tolerable!

Squats:
205x20
225x18
255x15
275x15
275x15 planned on bumping weight up,but Knees felt a bit uncomfortable,so didn't push it to much!ill get there!

Calf raises:
225 on shoulders raising on block!4 sets of 20!awesome calf pumps today!

Bent db rows:
50x15
60x12
60x15
60x17

Leg extensions:
200x15 for 4 sets

1 arm db row on bench:
60x10
60x12
60x12
60x10

Db lunges:
60x14 for 4 sets,knees to ground,ass to heel!

Racked 315 and did a light jog with it on shoulders,lol jk.carried it around room a couple laps!

Workout felt good,I am starting to get that feeling where I can feel every single muscle fiber working as I do a movement,love it!Also appetite is up like crazy,and my stomach is what is starting to show some change already,I've been told it doesn't even look real :) can't wait for the rest to follow!its nice when someone you see everyday tells you you are getting bigger overnight,hey what can I say. !!IM A BEAST!!!

Thanks bro,it took me a while to learn,but I do much better with higher reps on legs as far as gaining size!As embarrassing as it may be,I used to bench more than I squatted,lol. Look at me now!!!

I'm here too, just had a busy couple of days... Impressive workouts, and looks like I am really going to have to try some Prodigy!
 
I've always wanted to try high Rep squats, but my balls usually fail before my quads do. It's a mental thing! I can do it on deads but not squats.

High reps works best for me,I like goin heavy on anything I can.But higher reps on squats benefits me more,that ish starts to feel heavy on the shoulders though!

I love I reps for legs! They tend to respond better in 12-16 rep ranges, not to Mention the awesome pump u get...:D

Kinda depends on them current goal for me,but I just like to lift heavy!so usually if I can do it for more than 10 I feel I'm going to light,even though I'm using more reps on some things right now.Its because I wanted to keep my routine the same on this cycle as before and see my I gains better!But high reps on legs especially squats for sure,once I changed to high reps and added lunges,my leg strength exploded!

I like what works,lol!ill look into it though for sure!Hoping to have a big chest workout today,starting to feel pretty good mentally lately.Up 3 pounds in 3 days,and I don't see any water bloating or fat stating in,to the eyes at least.Im actually getting commented daily on my shape especially the abs :)
 
Blood pressure last reading was 140/67!i am a very impatient person and it's so nerve wracking waiting for that feeling like someone just flipped the switch,but I have absolutely no sides to report at this point.Good or bad to be honest.I have felt like I've had some stellar workouts this week,and when in the gym feeling alpha for sure.But not that 24/7 on feeling yet.Only real side is some acne breaking out.Im anxious to see where this can take me once it fully kicks in!Im not one to brag much,but I will say I went to put on a jacket last night I've wore in the past month,and couldn't get into it :) it fits just literally could not pull my arms back enuf to get it on!Anyways workout is later than the usual am session for me,wife went to church so should be downing me sme prodigy and killing some chest in the next bit!will post workout while eating post workout meal as usual :)
 
Ok,so got my workout in.Really upset with today's workout.Didnt get weight I was planning on bb bench,tried to make up some extra on db tho.Diet was off today so I know that had a huge impact,always does,also the weight just felt so heavy and I never have as good of a workout when I train later in the day.

Did 4 sets of 10 dips with a plate around the waist.

Workout was off today,had a great pump but just wasn't in the zone.Diet was off bad :( if I recall right on these compounds they should kick in at about 2 weeks so hope everything starts picking up good soon!

Thanks bro,gotta get something going ASAP.I haven't even changed my routine or went up in weight much,had some good workouts!but not those I'm a f****** beast ones yet.So I can tell the joints are gonna take a hit if they are bothering me already.Doing big things this time and I'm glad to have this great group to follow and motivate me!
