Everyone in my house has been sick on and off for a week and half!
ok so heres todays arm work.had an amazing workout,was really feeling it.had amazing pumps,also did not use a pwo today,i used my 3 caps swoll-n and 1 scoop focus xt.taking a small break from stims while clomid is getting in my system,will start using them in future when i feel i need them or the time is right.but i am blown away how good my workout was today without a pre.and its my 2nd day of pct!i would not say im really delaoding,as ive done a true deload in past and did not feel benefited.but i am taking my workouts a bit lighter on certain lifts and intensity for at least a week and adjusting as needed.i have found it harder for me to maintain when doing a true delaod.
Barbell curl:

Reverse grip bench press:

Incline db curls:

Ez curls inside grip:

todays workout,3rd day pct.had a great pump,i literally am feeling like im still on,i know odd.just hasnt caught up yet,and i hope it doesnt.swoll-n still giving great pumps and recover-d tastey as always.

i get a nice non-stim boost when i take t-blast solo....of course not going to notice it when taking it with stims!!!

i had that taco salad bacon feast, but yesterday my weight was up 5lb!!!
that was 1st time i had weighed since starting ultimate stack.
Nice Big T. Love when the scale goes up, but I mainly get excited when the weights go up![]()
lol...wait til you get my age, i could easily add 20lbs hell even 30 to lifts like bench or deads, but my joints would put me out of the gym for so long it isn't woth it to me!!! i have to lift smart and have learned how far to push!!!
You are wiser than me. I just Injured my back worse the other day and now I'm not gunna be able to do squats or deads. Live and learn. I'm gunna be more careful with squats for sure. I think you are kicking ass for your age. I would be exstatic if my body holds up to where I can still enjoy lifting like you. Keep it up Brotha!

i am having some really good workouts to be in pct.no Bad side effects from anything.still on a break from stims for a bit longer,so really surprised I'm motivated to get in gym.Doing 3 caps swoll-n 3 caps t-blast pre and using a scoop of recover-d post.i can't say I'm noticing anything yet other than great pumps,which I am for sure having,we all know how hard a leg pump can be to acquire,well I have a crazy one from today's work.everything is good in my books,although I am having some gi issues.hopefully that will clear up but not enjoyable to say the least!

I was using the bench,but want getting as low as I wanted.so I literally have a small wooden table,I go down to,hit,pause for 3 count then back up,probably gonna go back into full squats soon.they help get my form in check and are nice when no spot is present.Good workout!
What are you using for a box on you box squats? Bench or something else? Only ask since I know you work out at home too -

Still not using a pre workout and dropping some of the weight for about a week,I will push it soon once I drop my clomid dose,that's usually how I work through my pct.still feeling good though,will weigh in tomorrow.Still having amazing pumps in workouts,I'm most surprised by the pump I get on legs day,which isn't usually a common thing but has been lately.starting to see a little bit of a libido boost finally,and recovery has really amazed me since being in pct,I am not getting sore the way I had expected,or normally do for that matter.
So your recovery is up? It takes a week to 2.5 weeks for the 3.2 gram daily dosage of D-Aspartic Acid to kick in then your muscles are in full anabolic mode looking to recover quicker and grow faster!
My recovery is up,my first week in a pct is usually pretty rough.Also when the soreness starts setting back in,hasnt been the case in this pct.

Indeed it is,a week in now gonna pick back up on some of the weight once I finish off this 4 day split.got shoulders and traps today.
nice...i've always hated pct, sounds like it isn't that bad for you.
Only time I ever had a hard time was when I ran Nolva on e,idk why but just didn't feel good on it.Have shredded some water for sure but weight is still up 2 pounds since pct started.and workouts are starting to get heated again!cant wait to jump back on my pre after this little break I've took from them.Also dropping clomid dose today,which it doesn't bother me bad,just night sweats and always feel like I'm tired.
