First off I want to think everyone at PNI for all the work they have put into making this happen,and the opportunity for me to be part of this.
I have put 100% trust of my next 4 weeks of my training and dieting into the hands of Luke and we will see what it has to offer me.There is 1 catch for me in this tranformation,I will not be using the Thermadex the others will be using,due to being extremely sensitive to Yohimbine which is an ingredient in the product,so I will just have to work that much harder.I have high expectations for these next 4 weeks and the products I will be using.I will be commenting on every aspect of this log including the products,nutrition,and training.My goal is to add muscle without the fat,more so of a recomp if you will.
Diet:
I will be sharing details on my diet throughout this log,if nothing more will try to track my Macros.

Orange Triad

ALCAR 500
Whey protein when needed
AI Perform

Training:
Sunday:Rest
Monday:Back/rear delts/abs
Tuesday:Legs/calves
Wednesday:Rest
Thursday:Chest/front and side delts/abs
Friday:Biceps/triceps/calves
Saturday:Rest
Current morning weight:180lbs.
I am super pumped to do this and have others to enjoy this with me,it should be a fun journey,now GTFIH and lets kick this thing off.
