Great session today,will be doing cardio later.I had a killer pump,focus was good,strength seemed descent but not up in any way,appetite has been up like crazy.Prodigy is doing its job in the gym,nothing to note from the Paragon yet but I am having some acne increase for sure.Weight is still holding steady at 180lbs.The numbers are of working sets not warm ups:

I am afraid the cops are going to show up any minute,because I killed todays workoutProdigy 20min pre is what works for me,I also found that if I take a dose of the Paragon about an hour pre with small snack or shake,it seems to give a bit of an extra drive.I had ridiculous pumps today in my arms,my XL t-shirt looked like a large on me.My focus and energy was great.Some things I am noticing,definite increase in appetite and vascualrity throughout the day.I have had a huge increase in acne.I am also having a bit of trouble staying asleep.My schedule has been crazy as we are looking to buy another house and a loy going on for me these days,but I am enjoying my gym time and the change of routine.The numbers are from working sets only,still trying to get weight figured for the rep ranges.
Biecps/triceps/calves:
Rest between sets only what time it took to change weight,if weight was ready,no rest.
Lifting tempo:No exact ratio,just very slow and controlled on everything today.

It is hard to write a lot because of autocorrect on my phone,but I will drop some knowledge for you when I get home to the computerYo Mackster, it is around that time of the month...once ever so many blue moons...that I throw in a little bicep work to keep balance, and in hopes of it keeping tendonitis at bay. What would you recommend for a good Hypertrophy chain of events for it? ^_^' even if it is a benignly neglected, once a month bicep workout. You seem to have a certificate in Cannon-ology, would appreciate the input.

So morning weight was 178lbs. this morning.I have been eating quite a bit but weight is down some,will see how it holds over next few day.The weekend is rest days and will be back at it Monday,got a birthday party today so will probably have some good cheat foods.Everyone have a good weekend.
