This is a powder sleep product that you add into a coffee mug of water. I heat it up for 20 seconds in the microwave and stir it. It blends fine and taste fine too. I kinda like the taste as it’s similar to drinking herbal tea. It’s easy to sip on.
It mixes easy especially with the heated up warm water. I use about 6 oz of water. I have been weighing out the doses with a scale. I am going of the label stating 1-4 scoop dose and full 4 scoop dose is 9 grams so that makes each scoop = 2.25 grams.

You can use as much or as little as you want. I only use about 2 oz. for the full serving and it is still thin, but you can use more if you want to dilute the taste. I don't mind the taste at all...even when using only 2 oz. of water, but personal preference will vary.

So far the 5 gram dose I liked best. I am going up to 3 scoops next time so that will be 6.75 grams.

Sure. You can do that. You just need to find the balance that is right for you, but keep in mind that stimulants, in general, tend to increase anxiety.
I have been feeling good in the mornings on the days I take this, but I think it’s just from the benefits of the improved sleep. I don’t think it’s because of the herbs staying active in my system until the morning.
I know exactly what you mean. It's like you can sleep if you want, or just stay up and relax. In fact, I do it every night.
I typically take the product, relax with my wife in front of the television for a couple hours, then go to bed and fall asleep right away. If I wanted to, I could go to sleep as soon as the product kicks in, but I actually like the feeling it provides (contentedness), so I choose not to go to bed right away.

I also LOVE the fact that, if I wake up, I can actually fall back asleep again. Without the product, I have trouble with that.
I was able to sleep almost immediately after shutting off the tv. I slept until 4am because I woke up having to use the restroom. I went right back to sleep and woke up to my alarm at 6am. I felt rested and no hangover/grogginess this morning!

I agree. Honestly, this is the ONLY sleep product I have ever used that actually provides a significant effect without any morning grogginess. We all know there are plenty of script drugs (or higher dose kava) that can knock us out, but the following morning is not a fun time. With most of these drugs, even though they do absolutely help with sleep, the hangover effect makes them unpleasant.
This just sold it for me! Pulling the trigger now.
