Decided on a cycle involving m1t and ptren. I've done the research, I'm aware of the sides. Have liver support, blood work done. Know how to eat and know how to train. been lifting since I was 16. Looking to add some strength and harden up. Have appropriate PCT with nolva. Just debating which cycle:

weeks 1-4: m1t 10mg, ptren 90mg

or

4 weeks m1t 10mg then 4 weeks ptren 90mg (or other way around)

or

weeks 1 -4: m1t 10mg
weeks 3-6: ptren 90mg
 
I don't think M1T should be stacked with anything
 
I've ran m1t before and just wanted to try ptren. I'm clean bulking and trying to get my strength up and harden up on the ptren
 
Well health concerns aside, there's not much that'll make you stronger.

True, but: I feel that the compound that can deliver you the highest results with the least amount of concurrent side-effects is the "most" anabolic. For example: mg for mg, M1T is far more "anabolic" than Testosterone; however, Testosterone can deliver more net results due to length of cycle, less side effects, overall tolerability, etc. While M1T may be a powerful compound, there are other compounds available for longer use that would deliver the same "net" strength gains with less health concerns. I mean, ultimately, what you or anybody else does with their body is a personal choice - I am just thinking from a safety v., efficacy standpoint.

Very true. But you asked why he would choose M1T #1 I would assume he dosen't care about his health #2 It'll get him jacked and #3 most important He already has the M1T. That said I agree with you and would much rather do a long cycle of test rather than a 3 week health destroying cycle of M1T(NOW THAT I'm older anyway).

I wouldnt stack M1T, I would not exceed 3 weeks on M1T and i would just run the ptren solo since your goal is to harden up and get stronger.
 
WELLLL since you're getting bloodwork done and run it before.... Go for it. I say log it. You'll get a lot of attention. I've never seen an M1T log, not that I can remember. It's not something I would do but i haven't run M1T before.
 
Health is a major concern for me thats why i researched it so thouroughly. And ive never seen anyone run a ptren m1t cycle. Last time I ran m1t was before the ban and i didnt experience any sides other than explosive gains. I got more sides from the orignal superdrol. im thinking this cycle

weeks 1-4 M1T - 10mg
weeks 3-6 Ptren - 90mg
Start nolva last day of cycle
week 7 - 40mg novla
week 8 - 30mg novla
week 9 - 20mg nolva
week 10 - 20mg novla

After further research i definetely think the 4 week stacking both would be more sides than anything and prolly shut me down super hard, and an 8 week cycle almost seems too long, so i figured why not a happy medium i get two weeks of them both together first two weeks m1t solo, last two weeks ptren solo. Of course if sides do occur i may cut cycle short but no way to tell unless i give it a shot. Will log it though

definately preload with supports sups a couple weeks before starting your cycle. you might also wana look into adding test to your cycle.

Current Split Following Max OT training method - 6-9 sets with 4-6reps per set
Day 1 - Chest/Abs
Day 2 - Back/Traps
Day 3 - Bis/Tris
Day 4 - OFF
Day 5 - Hams/Quads
Day 6 - Shoulders/Calves
Day 7 - OFF

Diet (clean bulk)
Protein 1.5g/lb
Carbs 1g/lb
Fat .3g/lb
 
Im on day 5, very noticeable pumps, no sides, no acne, no lethary, no anger. Allready slight increase in vascularity, decrease in BF, up 3lbs. All lifts up by atleast 5-10lbs, Pulldowns and triceps pushdowns up 20lbs. Definetely feel stronger and able to push out a few more reps than expected. From experience w/ m1t I know this next week is when the gains really start comming so Ill keep a more detailed log once week two hits

Pumps are great, focus is increased although i think its due to the fact i know im on M1T and wanna have ridiculous intensity. BF dropping. More Vascularity. Weight at 192 (up 4lbs). Recovery time improving. People who saw me last week took notice that i look bigger and leaner. Diet is perfect destroying the protein. Slight aggression this morning but mind over matter!

I'm stoked for week 3!! Noticing fat loss in oblique area and shoulders/arms and legs. Diet is ~300g protein, ~200g carbs, ~50-60g fat. All clean food complex carbs keeping the fruit and whanot for post and pre workout.. 6-7 meals a day spread out every 2-3hrs
 
Noticed bloatness arouNd my stomach this morning, seems like water weight.. I don't recall gaining the water weight before it's been a while since I used it to bulk with. Anyone know why itwould cause the water weight gain? Some people seem to get it others don't. vasucalroty in my arms noticeable throughout the day. Bout to hit shoulders and calves will post my lifts when I return

I'm using stealth labz there's been a lot of speculation on the product. I've used ug labs, sw pharmatex, a few others as well and I'm pretty confident it's legit.
 
Shoulder workout could of been better lack of sleep = lack of focus...notable increase in strength however. DB shoulder press with perfect form 80x6 probably could of gone with 90 had my traps not been stol slightly sore from the stress of the RDL's from leg workout. Off day tomorrow then upping the intensity as I can tell it's definetely setting in

Considered upping the dose to 20mg but might hold out consideing i hop on the ptren next week and then things should get intresting. good to hear. Heck M1T should be interesting, the ptren is a bonus lol.

flat bench: 225x6,6,5 (first time doing flat in over a year can u tell lol)
incline DB: 95x6,6,6
weighted dips: +60x6,6,5
Abb cable curls 180x12,10,10
bodyweight: 193 (up 5 lbs)
vascularity still prominent and even more so pumps ridiculous today. Some slight agression, no other sides
 
Day 10, weight still 193, gotta up the calories although I def look bigger. Endurance is up able to hit 6 reps consistently.
Deadlifts: 265x6,6,6
lat Pulldowns: 210x6,6,6
DB rows: 105x6,6,6
BB Shrugs: 335x8, 355x8,8

blood pressure 124/80, agression is still there at times, slight lethargy but could be from a few hrs less sleep than normal. A little discouraged I remeber packin on serious LB's my first go at m1t but gotta be satisfied with the increase in strength, endurance and 5lbs mass added. First cycle I was also a newboe and probably could have reached that mass naturally. Upping the dose to 20mg as sides aren't really present plus I can always drop back down. Def upping the calories eating at if not below maintance which is doing wonders for physique but not the mass I'm quite looking for, no bloat or fat increase
 
Day 11 weight 191 (down 2lbs) work prevented my meals the past few days still WTF!
Skull crushers: 85x10,95x8,105x6,6 (up 30lbs)
BB curls: 95x6,6,100x5 (up 5lbs and reps)
***went to do vbar pushdowns and my left tricep was dead very strange
one arm pushdowns (reverse grip): 50x5,5
DB curls: 45x6,6,5 (up 5lbs)
vbar pushdowns: 210x6 (gave it another shot able to hit it but 10lbs less than before yet skulls up 30lbs)

stength is climbing like it should not as drastically in some lifts as others,bodyweight us throwing me off still it's gotta be diet but I'm still pounding protein, and getting atleast 1g carbs per bodyweight and fat at about 30-40g a day protein at anywhere from 200g-250g. Should atleast be packing on weight from the m1t
 
Your calorie breakdown for those figures is barely over 2,000 calories, I think that's a problem.

Yeah I agree that's what I'm getting at. I need to up the protein to atleast +300g/day, carbs to 200-250g/day and fat to around 60g/day. I'm on like a cutting diet gotta get it in check for mass
 
Yes, that your weight has moved up anyway says good things! Now you can really pack it on. Going to be fun to watch.

Squats: 355x5 (jus wanted to see where I was at, up 20lbs)

Day 14- pre workout starte ptren today taking 30mg spread out in mornin one afternoon and pre workout. Sides comming on from the m1t- headaches, restlessness, lethargy (can hold out tho), little quick tempered. May stop the m1t after one more week well see next wed

pumps were great today strength increasing every workout
 
Update on sides: blood pressure is fluctuating between 130/80, got as high as 137/88 yesterday got super stressed out at work. Slight headaches probably due to BP. keeping a close eye on it if it gets too bad I'll be dropping the m1t after this week. Been havig some wickedly vivid dreams that seem so realistic. Very hard to fall asleep at night but this could be Due to my workout times. Little short tempered but easy to control haven't flipped on anybody yet. No back pumps (never have gotten them), no joint pain. I'm up 8lbs in. Today is day 15 start of 3rd week. Strength gains have been very good much like the original m1t, mass gains since increasing my cals have also been good. Vascularity is intense, love it! Def loosing BF but probably holding a few lb's of water. The gains I'm making from m1t are desireable and easily outweigh the sides as this point. Looking for more strength increase and mass increase with the ptren, been reading great reviews of averages of 6-15lbs in 4-6 week cycles of ptren solo.
 
Good gains, and that's with the M1T just at 10mg! Pretty amazing. Hope the BP stays under control, 3rd week will be crazy.
 
so he's never used a dienolone pre cursor before? what dosage are you going for? 90mg? damn, If I was you, i'd be growing man boobs by now. with milk. lol
 
Day 17 - Weight: 196.4. Went to the Dr yesterday BP was perfect. He said himself i must be eating good and hitting the weights lol. My last visit with him 2 months ago i was 205 at about 20% BF. Took an extra day off from weights my sleep schedule got a lil screwed up and had some lingering soreness in my shoulders from the shoulder workout. Ready today though Chest, ready to see this ptren come into play
