First off I wanna say congrats to my Niners!! Worked chest and tris today. Joints are starting to hurt again so didn't work flat bench today. Still had a good workout.

Was able to set another PR on db incline. Felt good except for the shoulder and elbow pain. Made sure to stretch good tonight so I'm hoping it passes and get back to feeling great.
 
Reggie is a monster. Doing awesome. I love leaning out and then packing on some lean mass. I can really see the muscle change fast when I come off a cut into a lean bulk.

Thanks bro! I agree with you, going from a lean cut straight into a bulk has really allowed me to put on muscle quickly.

Today when I did these I took the center of the rope attachment all the way to my chin and flexed my back on each rep. Much better burn. Really worked my upper back hard.

By the time I got to biceps, they were already very pumped and burning.

Cable cross curls
Raised it 2 clicks as I was putting too much stress on my shoulders where I had it. This seemed to really help isolate my bis much more.

I agree. I was hoping for that last year but both teams just came up short. What makes it even cooler is the short amount of time that both Harbaughs have been coaching in the NFL

I've never tried super dmz. The only sides I've noticed is some joint pain, headaches at first, and the issues I have when waking in the middle of the night. The positives are increased vascularity, increased size and hardness of my muscles, I've gained 13 pounds, and strength is constantly increasing. In my opinion the positives far outweigh the negatives.
