I've actually grown to like the taste of Cycle Assist. Pop a scoop in my mouth and chase it down. Yeah, I'm a freak, I know.

Damnit, I was typing as fast as my fat fingers would let me, but you beat me to it. lol

I've used both, like the convenience of CELs a lot but came across an awesome deal on Cycle Support the same time I was stocking up on S-Drol at the ban. I've talked myself out of the S-Drol though. Go figure.

Day off from the gym today and I got peer pressured in to Chinese buffet lol damn it! Oh well gotta hit it that much harder tomorrow. Did talk my wife into taking some pics although I really gotta work on my posing skills. :)

The problem with the all in ones tho is they can be expensive in comparison to buying bulk hawthorn berry or celery seed extract. I brought some coq10 today for my next cycle so I hope it works for me like it does for you!

Ya know, I wanted to literally piss on Harbaugh's face for screwing Smith the way he did, but damn.....Kaepernick is a total beast. He just gets in done in a much more explosive way than Smith does. It'll be interesting to see where Smith lands.

Plus I absolutely ABHOR the damn Falcons.

I've been drinking a ton of water, taking in a lot of EFA's and taking fish oil and glucosamine and chondroitin. Must be doing the trick.

What up fellas??? Tonight was back/bis and I gotta say, I felt like the baddest mofo in there tonight. Weight is 186 which is up 12.5 pounds.

That's is funny! Same happened to me tonight, I set a PR on Arnold press 70x8. The dude next to me was doing them too with 35s. He just looked at me and shock his head.. HaHa

Indians superset with upright rows

Shoulders and traps were pretty sore tonight, really had to push myself throughout my workout.
