M-drol/H-drol bridge

Hi,

I would just like your comments on the timing of my cycle:

week 1 H-drol 50mg
week 2 H-drol 50mg
week 3 H-drol 50mg
week 4 H-drol 50mg + M-drol 10mg
week 5 M-drol 20mg
week 6 M-drol 20mg

OR

week 1 H-drol 50mg
week 2 H-drol 50mg
week 3 H-drol 50mg + M-drol 10mg
week 4 H-drol 50mg + M-drol 20mg
week 5 M-drol 20mg

I think the first one is the one to got for but would just like your comments.

It depends on what your goals are. What are you trying to achieve? What are your stats? Years lifting? cycle experience? age? This proposed bridge is suspect in the dosage, order, and length. It isn't clear what you are trying to do. And this topic has been covered before.

I am 21yrs
Lifting for 4 years
This is my 2nd cycle (1st was sd at 10/20/20)
200lbs
189cm
14-16% bf

My goal is to drop bf and gain strength I have lost while cutting - any lbm is a bonus.

I am and will eating between 2500-3000kcal per day and doing about 1hr cardio (med intensity) x6 per week and lifting 4-5x per week.

well your gains will be stunted by all the cardio. . .even pro bodybuilders on do 2-3 cardio a week. . .your muscles will recover but you CNS(central neverous System) will not. .. you'll overload your body and it will come to bite you ten times hard. . .cut cardio to 2times a week and work out 6 is tricky but doable. . .you'll have to take a couple of days of somewhere in there depending. . . i would suggest 5 days a week cuase of the intensity of the m-drol and h-drol cycle both methyl. . . IMO

dunno if you've already ran the cycle or not but if I was to do the cycle it would be the one you listed first. hope it works out well for ya.

oN THE cycle portion. . .put mdrol week 2-4 and then finish out with 5 and 6 make sure you have some nice PCT lined up. . .you'll be swole the whole time my friend!! M-DROL NO LONGER THAN 3 WKS AND H-DROL SHOULD BE DONE 6 wks!:pokey:
 
How bout Hdrol stacked w/ pplex? Id much rather see that and Im sure youd be just as pleasd if not more with the results. Or pmag and m14add?

as far as working out 6 days a week, just dont. No reason/point to, you'll do more harm than good especially if youre doing lots of compound lifts.

I'm not really fond of stacking those two to begin with. If I were going to do it, which I wouldnt, I would do option 1 probably. And I would definately start Topical Formestane at the beginning of the M-Drol portion.
